Overall I'd say we're going to visit here again Lol. Live music was REALLY loud. Like... really…read moreloud... read that in reviews prior to going and honestly was still shocked that the place had our ears ringing. We couldn't even hear the server in front of our table. We went here for our friend's birthday dinner and it was a grown and sexy vibe. The menus are all QR codes(which was nifty to scan with your phone). I ordered the teriyaki salmon. My Husband got a pasta dish I can't remember the name of Lol but the food tasted great. The drinks were strong but they were good. Everything IMO was priced to sell. We had purchased 2 bottles, with cranberry and OJ. But everyone in our booth got a mixed drink Lol It definitely was a great time. The singers they had there were in the right key and sounded amazing. Parking was smooth. There are plenty spaces in the lot and an awesome distance from the front door. If you're looking for a night out singing 80s and 90s throwbacks, THIS is the place for you.

My husband and I visited Theory for the first time last night. Unfortunately, what should have been…read morea nice first experience was overshadowed by the behavior of one waitress. We were seated by staff along the back wall underneath the TVs behind the bar, in an admittedly narrow area. Throughout the night, dozens of patrons and employees passed by me without a problem. I'm 5'9" and was sitting with my legs crossed while intentionally trying to leave room for people to pass. One waitress, however, forcefully pushed/moved my leg while passing, hard enough to make me lose my balance in my seat. No "excuse me," no apology, no acknowledgment. I let it go because the lounge was crowded, I had been drinking, and I did not want to ruin our night over an incident. Then she did it AGAIN later. The second time, she looked back at me with what I perceived as an irritated/dismissive expression and again offered no apology or acknowledgment. At that point, it was difficult for me to view it as simply the unavoidable bumping that happens in a crowded lounge--especially after watching countless other people navigate the exact same space without physically pushing me out of their way. My husband witnessed it as well and immediately commented on how unnecessarily rough and disrespectful the interaction was. I deliberately chose not to confront the employee last night. Instead, I have contacted Theory management and asked them to review and preserve any available surveillance footage from the area. I have also offered to identify the employee and provide additional information if needed. I actually enjoyed other aspects of the establishment, which makes this especially disappointing. A guest should never have to wonder why a staff member felt comfortable making unnecessarily forceful physical contact with them--not once, but twice--without even the basic courtesy of saying "excuse me." I'm giving management the opportunity to address this appropriately, and I will update this review based on how they respond.

The atmosphere is cool and laid-back perfect spot to hang out with friends. It's not overly crowded during the day, which made it even better for watching the game and enjoying the hookah. I didn't try the food since I had just eaten beforehand, but I'd definitely come back to check out the menu next time. Overall, a chill spot if you're looking for somewhere easygoing to spend a few hours.

I ordered the catfish with hushpuppies, and my friend ordered the salmon with mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, and sautéed bell peppers. The food was okay. The mashed potatoes were tasty. That was the highlight of our meal. Now, the service was poor. Our server kept disappearing for long periods of time, and it was very frustrating. Most of the servers need a class on customer service and waiting tables, but I guess no one cares when you get your tip regardless of how you treat your customers. I feel like this place should have been packed on a Saturday night, but it wasn't. Sapphire has the potential to be great, but there is most definitely a lot of work to be done, starting with the staff and possibly advertise more.

Worth Every Mile!…read more Before heading out of town for my family reunion, I came into Atlanta to see one of my girlfriends. I told her to find us a place where we could enjoy some good food and drinks. She picked **Fade & Facet** in Duluth, and although it was about a 40minute drive from Austell, let me tell you it was absolutely worth every mile. When we arrived, it was raining a little, but parking was easy since it's located in a strip mall. The outside is beautifully lit with neon signs, flowers, and plenty of photo worthy spots. I'm actually upset we got so caught up talking, eating, and enjoying ourselves that we forgot to take pictures! That just means I'll have to come back. As soon as you walk in, the vibe hits you. Great music, beautiful décor, a lively bar, and several seating areas including a private room where you can reserve space for hookah stick drinks... gathering. If you're looking for a girls' night, date night, double date, birthday celebration, or just a fun evening out, this is definitely the place. Wear something cute for the Photo ops We went on a Thursday evening, and I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy the atmosphere without the huge Friday and Saturday crowds. There was one birthday party there, but it didn't take away from our experience at all. Now let's talk about the service... **Jayda** was amazing, and **Lindsay **our bartender/Manager was everything you want behind a bar. She created one of the best drinks I've had in a long time the **Los Paradise**, made with tequila, mango, and lychee! It was beautiful, creative, smooth, and absolutely delicious. Every drink recommendation she gave us was spot on. She also made the experience personal because she sat down at Eye Level and talked to us and took our order. She was veryAnd just awesome There's a little disc on your table so pay attention to it because this is where you scan one side to get the menu and you can scan the other side to do a Google review. Do not ask for a menu it is right there on that disc.  What impressed me most was how the staff worked together. Whenever Lindsay got busy, Jayda checked on us without missing a beat. That's true teamwork. I also noticed a gentleman walking around who just gave off "owner" energy. Sure enough, he was! I had the chance to chat with him and hear the story behind Fade & Facet. He checked on guests throughout the evening, making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. You don't see that level of hospitality everywhere anymore. We ordered: * **Seafood Island Spring Rolls**  crispy rolls stuffed with salmon, crab, shrimp, peppers, onions, and pepper jack cheese. Absolutely delicious. It came with some red cabbage, and I actually wrapped the red cabbage around the spring roll and dip it in the sauce and man. It was so good!!! * **Grilled Lamb Chops** perfectly seasoned and served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus, and their sweet-savory plum sauce. Which took it over the top my girlfriend said while we were Order oh, I don't want them. Oh I don't eat lamb and she actually had my lamb and took one of my chops so annoyed you only get three they were tender too!  * **Oxtails**  rasta pasta tender, flavorful, and served with coconut rice and plantains. Comfort food done right. My girlfriend ordered lobster, but it missed but Linsay apologized immediately and fixed it without hesitation. That's what great customer service looks like. One thing I really appreciated was that they close at 11 p.m. on Thursdays, yet no one rushed us out. We were allowed to finish our food, enjoy our drinks, relax, and continue our conversation. That level of hospitality made the night even better. I also love supporting Black owned businesses, especially one that's been around and continues to provide such a quality experience. Between the amazing food, creative cocktails, attentive staff, music, décor, and all the Instagram/ tik tok worthy photo spots including the iconic Fade & Facet wall this place exceeded every expectation I didn't have. I thought I was gonna come here when I saw the videos on tik tok and just get Photo ops, but that's not what happened If you're in Atlanta or even if you're 30 to 40 minutes away make the drive. Grab your friends, your significant other, or your family and make an evening of it. You won't regret it. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Atlanta. And if you go tell them Dee from Philly sent you!
