She responded by saying I "shouldn't have been seen in November because they didn't get paid." However, I have the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) showing that the claim was paid. I expressed my concern that this was an urgent care facility and that I was being refused care. I was simply told that I could not be seen there. The entire interaction was disappointing. I found the staff to be rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to communicate respectfully or resolve what appeared to be a misunderstanding. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this facility to others. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Physically, I've dropped a clothing size in both pants and tops, and my DEXA scans show that I've increased lean mass and bone density while losing weight in a calorie deficit, which is especially meaningful to me at this stage of life. Beyond the visible changes, I've also seen improvements in several health markers, which was one of my primary goals going into this process. For me, strength training wasn't about athletic performance--it was about improving my long-term health. One of the biggest reasons I've been successful is the coaching itself. Additionally, I was groped while leaving by one of the nurses. This was the worst experience with a doctor I have ever had. I'm not always a huge fan of apps, but I really like Rehab United/ Keet Health's exercise app, which lists all my exercises, along with short videos of each one so I can see if I'm doing them properly at home. When I first arrived at her practice, I was in such severe pain that I was walking with a cane. Over time, she has provided me with valuable information, exercises, and support in addition to treatments that alleviate the pain.
