The most recent time i accidently messed up my own transmission, but he did exactly what he needed to do and no extra to get it back running. I love how transparent they are, they tell you exactly what's wrong and anything else that could go wrong for the future. They genuinely want to get your car fixed. My mom's also been coming here for all of her car issues and they do a great job with her car. Highly recommend this place for any repairs you have, they'll take care of you!

His tone escalated, he began talking back, breathing heavily, and acting irritated, as if my questions were an inconvenience rather than a normal part of the repair discussion. To make matters worse, when I calmly pointed out that his behavior was inappropriate and that I planned to speak with a manager and Allstate, he dismissed my concerns entirely and said I could "complain to anyone I wanted." That type of arrogance and indifference toward customer feedback is unacceptable in any professional environment--especially one recommended by a major insurance provider. This shop's lack of transparency, hostile attitude, and deceptive communication tactics are alarming. They appear to intentionally cloud information and pressure clients into staying, rather than providing honest guidance and respect. A few minutes later they told me the "nail" turned out to be a small screw and it didn't puncture my tire. They didn't charge me for the patch! Took my car to them twice a while back and never again. The first time just for a simple oil…read morechange and a several months later for the same but by then my car was having a complications. I later found out from a different auto place that my transmission line had been spliced causing me to leak fluid over time. I recall the first time I was at this place they kept trying to get me to get a trans flush and refill and the last time they kept telling me my trans fluid was low. I can't out right accuse them of damaging my line, I can however say that at no point did they mention the splice and/or leaking transfluid.
