They didn't replace my roof but replaced one down the street. I have a Frisco PD issued no soliciting sign clearly visible at my door. Despite that, one of their sales people, a young lady, knocked on my door AT 8:15PM! When I asked why she ignored my sign she claimed she wasn't soliciting but just wanted to give me a business card. Don't do business with companies that encourage this behavior and train their employees to do this. read more

Ryan Sedillo and Chrisitan Salguero made this whole process super easy, and seamless when dealing with my insurance company. They were there the whole process, even when the insurance company came to do their own inspection. Even after installation, we had some hail about 3 weeks after, Ryan Sedillo came by to inspect the new roof to put our minds at ease. Hopefully I don't have to replace my roof again for some time, but I know who I'm calling when the time comes. read more

I was advised by Ethan before the roof install to check for nail pops inside my home that could occur due to the roof install. He also said he would provide pics of the new roof to me. I had 3 nail pops that I showed Ethan after the roof install that he verified that were not there before the install. He said he would check with the office and get back to me. After several weeks I have not heard back from him about the pics or the nail pops inside my home. I would suggest if you use this company, first get at least 2 or 3 other estimates as they were much more expensive than other roofers from other estimates I received for the same product. They did negotiate once I had other estimates. Also before you give them full payment, make sure they finish everything they promised. read more

My dad had a new roof installed by Pro American Roofing. Having been through the process before with other companies, not only was he extremely satisfied with the outcome, but he referred me and we recently decided to do our new roof through them as well. They were outstanding in every aspect. Christian was responsive to all of my questions and basically held our hand through the entire insurance process. They are also Spanish friendly and were able to explain the process to my husband. They were attentive and thorough throughout. After several hail storms and multiple denials by our insurance company, all the while watching our neighbors get new roofs, Pro American Roofing, LLC was finally able to get us approved. They were honest and above board in doing so, unlike another company we decided not to use. Robert, Christian, and Christian were a pleasure to work with. They explained the procedure that would occur in working with our insurance company and mortgage company, and they told us exactly what we needed to do in order to avoid delays. They also made a special trip to our house to double check our choice of material and color. The materials and workers arrived at our house very early on the day the roof was to be installed, and they completed the job in one day. Afterwards they cleaned up all the old shingles and roofing materials before they left. Finally, they managed to save us a considerable amount of money. We are more than satisfied with the job they did for us and are pleased to recommend them without reservation. read more

This is our third roof replacement in 12 years - all based on hail storms - and this was by far the best experience. Pro American was a new company for us and it was delightful - I chose the roof color and that's it. A capable and communicative project manager handled the claims process entirely and was able to do the entire roof replacement in a day, despite having to scrape off the last 4 sets of shingles others left to do it. When he needed to file an additional claim for something that was discovered during the layer-excavation process, he took pictures and talked me through the problem with as much detail as I wanted (which wasn't much ). Overall, they provided a much higher-quality experience than I'd had before within the cost estimates they gave me. When our next hail storm moves through, I'll definitely use Pro American again - highly recommend! read more

They then condescendingly told me if I take the cheap route it would ruin the house, while not knowing who the other company is or what the quote even is to do. The finished carport is sturdy, well built, and looks like it belongs in the backyard. It feels much more premium than the cost would suggest. I contacted Cesar from Top Notch Gutters to give me an estimate to solve my problem. I had every expectation that I would be paying for all new gutters. Well, I was wrong. Cesar climbed 30 feet up his ladder, was able to clean some debris out of the gutters, and adjusted them so that water flowed toward the downspout rather than toward the house. He clearly has a high understanding of how to work with guttering. He easily saved me several thousand dollars. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with his work.

We are having an issue with this group. Our Richardson home has a very steep roof, and we had water…read morerunning out over the gutter onto the front walkway a few feet beyond our covered front porch with any heavy rain. They suggested a diverter strip. We agreed, and paid for the installation. When, sometime later, we finally got a good, hard rain, the water came up over the gutter again, but not where it used to. Now it comes over the gutter onto the covered porch, right in front of the front door! We believe the diverter was not positioned quite right. It does not have an end on it, and it does not go all the way to the end of the short gutter line it is attached to. We called the company the day after the heavy rain with our issue. They came out promptly, but all they would offer is a major redo of our front gutter system. We are not in a position to do that right now. We told the owner of this group that we just want the diverter extended to the end of that short gutter run, and an end cap of some sort put on it at the end where it is directly over the front porch. We said we think this is a logical next step to try, and that we fully expect this to come at an additional charge to us. We were simply told they "cannot do that". (Of course they can.) We explained that the current situation is much worse than what we started with, and if they cannot/will not do what we think is likely to help, that the diverter needs to be removed. Having a very large amount of water coming down on our front porch right in front of our front door is not OK! The owner wrote in one email that he was being "yelled" at when he was here. Reading this was a total shock to both of us, and is absolutely not true. The gentleman was standing 20+ feet from us, and we live just one house in from a VERY noisy 6-lane road. If we were raising our voices at all, it was in the hope that he could hear us! We are both seniors with some hearing loss, so (as we further explained to him) possibly we do speak somewhat loudly, but "yelling"? Absolutely not. We have told the business owner we have no ill feeling toward his company and just would like to get this taken care of one way or the other (prefer to extend and cap the end of the diverter; or as a last resort, remove it). Now, they are not responding to our emails. We had one previous dealing with the group that turned out to be quite satisfactory.
