I always get the road hazard coverage and they never question anything. Three times in the past, I have had a damaged tire covered under the road hazard and they have fixed it once and replaced it twice, no questions asked and for no charge. I would have been cool with splitting the cost or buying the part and getting free labor just to make things easy NO NO NO... I was told that the employees HAVE to gain access to the vehicle, if something breaks in the process that is the customers problem? Further I was informed that they wanted to charge me a $350 diagnostics fee for the door handle. What do we need to diagnose, the staff broke the handle on company property. What's left to figure out? Super bummed to have to write this one, this has been a place my family has used for the last 10 years.
