My husband and I used to take our Honda and Toyota to Pro Auto Care for maintenance, which for us is a 4 hour drive. We always knew that our cars would be thoroughly checked and repairs completed perfectly. Fast forward a few years and our lives have changed. My husband had a stem cell transplant to treat (cure!) Chronic Lymphatic Leukemia which made it necessary for my husband to retire early and for me to be his caretaker 24/7 which made it impossible for me to work. We had to move to Denver for 6 months and then drive to Denver weekly for Dr. appointments. Needless to say we needed a reliable vehicle. My sister received a mailing from Pro Auto Care asking for nominees who needed help with vehicles and promptly nominated us. Al and Manny asked us to come to their shop one morning, and we were not the only people there. We were gifted with $750.00 of auto maintenance, as were 4 other people, another 4 received $100 Visa gift cards and two people were gifted with totally refurbished cars. We found out this was the third event like this this year and they have been doing this for quite a while. We took our Toyota truck in and Manny and his guys did over $1000 in repairs on our truck as their way of giving back to the world. I always have a great experience when I come to Pro Auto Care! Al was very responsive with my appointment request (within 12 hours).Chris was the agent that checked me in, communicated my diagnostic, and checked me out. He was VERY friendly, nice guy. He honestly spoke with me about what maintenance was necessary now and what I could put off periodically, etc. He even created a maintenance/payment schedule outlined from top priority to least. The quality of work at Pro Auto is always great. I know I can trust they are going to do what is needed, and nothing more. Their rates are fairly competitive in the industry, and I often don't find myself too overly sticker shocked like some shops. Overall, can't go wrong with Pro Auto Care!! They are the BEST when it comes to customer service. When we went in to pay my boyfriend made a comment about the Nuggets & Golden State Warriors tickets sitting on the counter and how much he loves watching the Warriors play. Chris went the extra mile and asked his manager if we could have the tickets!! This is good example of Pro Auto listening and paying close attention to their customer's needs. We already are fans of Pro Auto Care, hat was just the cherry on top to the overall experience. Love this place! Friendly, clean, reliable, hardworking and so helpful. I recently hit a chunk of ice with the underside of my car and dented the charcoal canister (?) The Toyota Dealership quoted me $900 just for the part and another $250+ for labor. This seemed a bit extreme for something that didn't affect my ability to drive. I took my car in to Pro Auto Care for a 2nd opinion. They had my car looked at in under 30 minutes at no cost to me. They informed me the part would cost around 900 but that they could do the labor for less. Dave also told me he might be able to find a used part for $500. After spending some time, no charge to me, researching he was able to find a part that would for $300 and they did the labor for less then half the price quoted by Toyota. Overall it cost me half the cost Toyota claimed, I was in and out of there under and hour, there is a warranty on the work. Dave was great, the service was fast and efficient, but friendly at the same time. I have already recommended them to several friends and I just had the work done today. Awesome place! read more

I have a 1996 Berretta, which most people wouldn't spend the money to fix! I took it in for some major repairs and like most older vehicles they kept finding more problems! But everyone at pro auto had my back! I basically had no money left to spend on my car but the repairs needed to be done! They found a way to work with me and get my car running great! They took very good care of me... And made sure I had a vehicle while my car was repaired! The shop is beautiful and cozy and the staff is amazing! These people are thieves. They attempted to charge me $700+ for a repair that is $250 for other mechanics. They took one look at me as a woman and decided they would try to charge me 3x as much in what we all know is "girl tax" when it comes to mechanics. They attempted to charge 3.5x more expensive replacement parts and add on a service that is included in all other mechanics' costs. They took $130 to diagnose the car and would not put that towards the price of the repair (what shop does that?). Then, they made the error of pulling her apart and wanted me to pay for that even though I told them NOT to do that. Then, they did not assemble it again and now other mechanics don't want to fix the car so they are trying to essentially force me back into their shop. PLEASE do not go here, especially if you are a woman, they will try to rip you off. Anyone who has left a positive review clearly is flush with cash or is a man. read more

The team at Pro Auto Care has always been very courteous, professional and accomodating. I switched servicing my SUV to them from the dealership, where I was previously loyal to about 130,000 miles. Truthfully, I followed my mechanic from the dealership to Pro Auto as I fully trust him, his assessments, and integrity to tell me what I really do or do not need to keep my vehicle running smoothly. He's always given me great advice, even taken my calls directly when I had a question or concern and not able to get into the shop right away. Family owed jerks. I took my 2005 Honda Accord V6 to them because I had a simple gear shift, brake pedal problem. First of all my car was not repaired in a timely fashion, I was charged and oh yea I had to explain what they didn't fix over and over after waiting several days for the repair. Came in with an issue, left with multiple issues. I had to argue with the front desk person for hours before I got a refund. I was not a priority, I was not treated with respect, they didn't reassemble my center console correctly they didn't fix (s**t)anything! This is a REAL REVIEW because this was a real experience. I've been taking my vehicles to Pro Auto Care for 19yrs now. I have never been disappointed with the quality of their work. I have tried out other cheaper mechanics/shops in the past which only cost me more money in the long run. I took my Honda Pilot to them a month ago and all of the work (which was a lot) was done in a day. My father-in-law was taken advantage of this month by another company so I referred him to Pro Auto Care and they correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed his Tundra in one day. pro auto care gets all their parts from a warehouse directly across the street located on the south side of their shop that imports rebuilt parts from Mexico. the warehouse is named "FACTORY MOTOR PARTS". pro auto then charges their customers dealer prices and dealer labor. you can watch their mechanics walk across the street all day long picking up the rebuilt Mexican parts. that's y you never seen any boxes your parts came in. al oramas, the creep keeps having my reviews pulled down. because I exposed his con game. Pro Auto Care is a wonderful place to take your car for care. They are fair in thier assesment and keep a clean waiting area. Took my 2000 Saturn SC2 in to check transmission but after diagnostic turns out just needed new spark plugs and a good cleaning. They had to reset some codes in my car and it runs like new. Really impressed with this shop. There were 4 other lone females come in with thier cars while I was waiting only 1 hour. obviously car problems suck. pro auto care makes them suck much less! i work up tuesday morning to some funky noises coming from my rear end. OUTSTANDING!! Took my Yukon in for repairs that Go GMC Park Meadows said would cost 6K and Adam had it completed for $3500. After leaving the lot, my traction control light came on...took it back and they fixed it after having a difficult time figuring out what was happen to the sensor.
