Paul really knows his way around a motorized vehicle and is very quick with his work and reasonable with pricing. They even have a tire machine so they can change out tires. I had 2 tires that needed to be changed out and even though he was booked all day, he made some time in between clients to get them changed out. Probably the best mechanics shop experience I have ever had. The owner is extremely down to earth kind of guy, super knowledgeable with all makes and models and a true petrol head for anything with wheels on it. I bring here anything from a sports car for tuning and modifications to a daily driver routine maintenance. Also, it's (from my personal knowledge) one of the few repair shops to start as early as 7am every day and once your in they go right at it, appreciating your time and making sure they won't waste any of it more than they have to. So I came here to get my brake pads replaced because of Al C's recommendation. I called ahead of time to see if they were able to do it for my car and they were. I show up the next day, and it turns out they don't have those brake pads in stock.. so I had to go to a nearby Kragen Auto Parts to buy my own brakes. I liked how these guys were fast. There were two people working on my car. If you supply your own brakes, they charge $60 to install them for you. Without, it would be $85 (for my car).. Front and back brakes. read more

He's quick and extremely capable when it comes to work and articulates explanations very well regardless if the client has an immense mechanical background or barely know how to check the air pressure in their car's tires. Where as some other shops I have been to will take in a car and goof around for an hour or so before even starting to work, Paul is quick and diligent. Meaning he finishes the work in a timely manner without cutting corners to make up for slacking. Came here a many days ago, then a few days after that. I'll explain why in a second. This place is usually very crowded with cars getting different kinds of services done. The first time I arrived there were many cars here and I needed to get my car serviced. The man (I assume is the owner) very abruptly and rudely told me he couldn't help me, come back another day. Two days later I went back and then he says "Sorry I can't help you right now we have many appointments". But guess what?? HE NEVER TOLD ME THEY EVEN MADE APPOINTMENTS THE FIRST TIME! By viewing a comment below from another gentleman, I can tell this is not the first time this guy does that. Seems like he picks and chooses who he tells about the appointment system. Needless to say, I had to go elsewhere because of the lack of customer service, communication and overall professionalism. I was referred to this business by a guy who formerly used this establishment. I found out that the Father was the mechanic and either retired or passed away. The son runs things now and apparently has no people skills or customer service. So i called in and spoke with the son. I explained the issues i was having with my car and he responded "he'd need to see the car to find out exactly what the problems were " i told him i lived close by and i would bring the car over. I've been coming here for years for oil changes, fluids etc..., the owner has been rude with an attitude for awhile now. I tried to be cordial with him but he has an Open Attitude that I couldn't take anymore. I made an appointment with him for a transmission change, I went back a week later to my schedule appointment he canceled on me when I showed up then he lied and said " I meant two mondays away" I would not have been at his shop at 7am without knowing my appointment schedule, then he was upset because I said we already made an appointment for that day, that was the time I knew I can't come back to his shop. He clearly knows me by face because I been a loyal customer for 5 years. The owner use to be respectful but now I believe I have to take my service else where. After 2 years of driving the new v8, never had a single problem with the vehicle. I came in to get my battery replaced. They changed it in about 10 minutes. Quick service. While i was there I asked the guy if he could look at my door because it was making a popping sound every time i opened and closed it. I told him i was at another place and the mechanic there told me my door hinge had cracks and it would break if i didn't fix it. That person wanted to charge me $200. So he looked at it and tightened a screw and my door was all fixed. That is all it needed. I really appreciate the pro auto repair mechanic being honest about the door and fixing it for me for $5. After a referral from a family friend and the fact that the shop was about 5minutes away from my house, I went to Pro Auto Repair this morning around 7:30a. I explained my car was leaking coolant to what I assume the shop owner. He told me to open my hood. Next, a car pulls up, which is a little bit before 8:00a, turns out to be Paul, the mechanic. He was told what the issue could be with my car, so he goes and retrieves a pump and water, which he pours into my radiator. Long story short, I needed a new radiator. I asked how much, he said parts and labor $275 and it should take 3hours to complete. While I waited for my ride, Paul made a call, and the part was delivered within 15-20mins. Paul began working on my car a little bit after 8am and was done in less than two hours. He was finished in enough time for me to enjoy my Saturday. I can definitely say I will be back for an oil change in a few months. Great job and service. read more
