When my order arrived, the product was damaged and defective. The pole had two visible chips. The stage plate had a dent. The gel protectors on the stage feet were already peeling and falling off. Worst of all, no matter how much I adjust or raise the stage, when I step on a certain plate it pops downward toward the base. That's not just cosmetic -- it's a serious safety concern. To be clear, this damage was NOT caused by transit. These are obvious manufacturing and quality control issues. However, the company repeatedly tried to suggest it could have been due to shipping, which was extremely frustrating given the nature of the defects. For this price point, the quality is unacceptable. When you pay $1,800 (with $300 of that being shipping alone), you expect proper quality control and a product that arrives in excellent condition. They eventually offered an exchange -- but said it wouldn't even be available for another month and still couldn't guarantee the quality due to possible transit issues. Waiting another month for a replacement that may also arrive defective is not a real solution. That response was incredibly discouraging. What's even more disappointing is that I purchased a stage from this company three years ago and the quality was absolutely perfect. That's why I chose to buy from them again. The difference in quality now is shocking. This one feels like a complete piece of junk in comparison. After three weeks of back and forth without a proper resolution, I felt I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Between the manufacturing defects, safety concerns, declining quality, and poor resolution process, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. If you're considering purchasing, you may want to explore other companies. At this price point, customers deserve much better.

Not sure if he's always like that, but I didn't really take it as rudeness. To me it sounded like the guy has been there for 20 years of experience and knows what you're looking for and goes straight to the point; no time wasted. If you're someone who wants to be spoken to like a child, go somewhere else crybaby. Secondly, they had exactly what I was looking for. A holster and gun belt for my 4.5 Echelon with a TLR-1 HL-X light attachment. The holster fits pretty good for the price. I'm pretty happy with it. It's not perfect, but that's because the Echelon is just now getting popular, so manufacturers will eventually make more things for the Echelon later down the road. Not a fault of the store; they had exactly what I needed. Thirdly, I wasn't going to write a review, but the young gentleman that helped me out, (handsome Persian guy), with my shopping. When I paid for everything and left the shop, he ran down the block and caught me before I drove away and handed me the tools for my new gun belt I purchased. They could have just allowed me to move on with my day; I didn't even know the tools came with it, but that made me want to write something for this business. They have what most martial artists would need (uniforms, weapons, and other gear). They also sell order, out of print books and DVD's that are hard to come by nowadays. The only improvement I would recommend would be to update the online store with more items; I know I saw way more items at the physical store than at the online store! Everything was clean, even the bathroom smelled nice. He said they make sure to keep things clean for the clients. They also have a training class you can sign up for. Once you buy, you can go anytime they are open and practice, you just have to bring your gun and launcher. He also gave me a great deal by putting together a personal package for me instead of me just buying the CL kit. I went on the national website to compare pricing and it was definitely a good deal. Right now everything is 15% off. I'll for sure go back to use the practice range. Who knows, maybe I'll buy another one as a gift for a family member out of state (once I check some laws).
