How do I give zero stars? After spending around $1,800 total -- including $300 just for shipping -- I feel obligated to share my experience. When my order arrived, the product was damaged and defective. The pole had two visible chips. The stage plate had a dent. The gel protectors on the stage feet were already peeling and falling off. Worst of all, no matter how much I adjust or raise the stage, when I step on a certain plate it pops downward toward the base. That's not just cosmetic -- it's a serious safety concern. To be clear, this damage was NOT caused by transit. These are obvious manufacturing and quality control issues. However, the company repeatedly tried to suggest it could have been due to shipping, which was extremely frustrating given the nature of the defects. For this price point, the quality is unacceptable. When you pay $1,800 (with $300 of that being shipping alone), you expect proper quality control and a product that arrives in excellent condition. They eventually offered an exchange -- but said it wouldn't even be available for another month and still couldn't guarantee the quality due to possible transit issues. Waiting another month for a replacement that may also arrive defective is not a real solution. That response was incredibly discouraging. What's even more disappointing is that I purchased a stage from this company three years ago and the quality was absolutely perfect. That's why I chose to buy from them again. The difference in quality now is shocking. This one feels like a complete piece of junk in comparison. After three weeks of back and forth without a proper resolution, I felt I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Between the manufacturing defects, safety concerns, declining quality, and poor resolution process, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. If you're considering purchasing, you may want to explore other companies. At this price point, customers deserve much better. read more

The Xlock is defective (or I need guidance on the issue ... super annoying that it didn't even come with an instruction manual to install) and I can't use my pole, and I have emailed every listed email address, called customer service, left voicemails, messaged on social every day for over a week. ZERO response. Unacceptable. My pole did ship quick so I know there is a human somewhere at that company who is doing their job. I have decided to take a new spin on my life and bought an Xpole Stage. Hehe. To be honest, I've only take 1 beginners pole class in my entire life HA. My new goals for next year and the many more years to come is to primarily regain my flexibility as I used to be physically active in high school when i was in cheerleading, dance, and consistently going to an open gym in my area to tumble. To start off, months ago, I learned about Xpole from a local Instagram influencer who I personally messaged and asked her a few questions about the pole and the quality. I thought to myself that I'm going to invest in and starting learning new things, like pole! Black Friday weekend was my chance and generally the poles that come with stages are not cheap. There is a flat rate shipping fee that Xpole is partnered with through USPS & FedEx. I also did an estimate online for the weight description of the stages and I believe that their partnership with these two shipping companies are better quotes than to have a family member pick it up at the store and then ship it to my location which is in Hawai'i. First, there was some issues along the way as I would first and most importantly (if you are committed to purchasing anything from Xpole) that you create an account with them. This will be helpful so that you can track your packages! However, thanks to Carolina Stone, Heydi Hernandez, and Roxanne Harvey, all of these women have made their communications with me through emails, phone calls, and even voicemails so that I can track my invoices and packages. The stage itself (i got the NST04) is 229 lbs. all together with the pole, they arrived within 15 days since my purchase in 4 separate packages. The packages might've been slightly tossed around (i don't blame anyone, they're freaking heavy packages) but when i started to unpack the items, all items were neat and secured. Each package included a bag so that you can carry the items all together. The bag for the base of the stage include wheels which you can install later on. It's also better to YouTube the installations as the manuals might be a little confusing but the YouTube video installation works especially if you're a visual person. The B-frame was too long for my ceilings. I know, my fault on not double checking the height from the floor to the ceiling. Anyways, i contacted all 3 ladies and the same day they left me a VM and recommended me to get a 1000 mm shorter extension. It came within 3 days, a day before 12/25! It fit perfectly & especially when assembling the B-frame into the A-frame. I was super stoked and I'm looking forward to learning more skills and tricks! read more

Something has happened with xPole over the last year customer service wise and I'll never give them my money again. Don't get me wrong, xPole is my favorite home pole to use but I have been treated so badly every time I try to contact them that I just can't deal with them any longer. I've been trying to buy an xstage lite with a Lyra attachment since December of 2020. Now, I know the pandemic makes everything weird and they have been closed for in person pick up (which I also understood back when we were in a major surge) but they are apparently open now for pick up but you have to make an appointment. When I called to make an appointment and finally got through to a person she just told me they were booked for the month of March and I asked when I could make an appointment for April and she just said she didn't know and hung up on me. What?!? The?!? Fuck?!? So I'm happily taking my business to an Italian pole company called The Pole and have heard that their stage poles are way prettier and more stable than any xStage. read more

This is the second pole I've ordered from xpole and I noticed the A pole was broken somehow so I called customer service and it must've been a good time of day cause I got a quick answer. Come buy a pole directly from the makers themselves. It will save some shipping money if you can.I came to pick up a extention for my x pole that didnt fit without it. Took my motorcycle to save some gas, it worked! They close at about 5pm and are not open on weekends. This building is hidden within other commercial buildings. The area is pretty busy during rush hour, but they were very friendly. And I got my pole extension no problem, now the extension on the other hand did not fit as easily as my original pieces, it was very tight, almost got it stuck, so be careful buying extensions! X poles can get easily destroyed if not assembled correctly. read more

I ordered an X-Pert 45 mm chrome pole through my home pole studio (Luscious Maven). Little did I know at the time, X-Pole US was in the same city as Luscious Maven. YAY!!! I was able to pick up my pole, the same day it was ordered. EXCELLENT!!! Upon pick-up, the receptionist was so warm, welcoming and informative. I was intently listening to everything she said as she gave me a Cliff's Notes version of the installation manual. Also, I was GREATLY appreciative of the gentleman that rolled the box to my car and put the heavy pole in my front seat (2 door car). After installing my pole in my living room, I noticed my ceiling height, was higher than previously measured. I emailed X-Pole US and they replied, while out of the state! Their offices were closed for about five business days, which I was unaware. Yet they replied to my email the same day and offered a phone call for clarity purposes. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!! A few hours later, I received another email from a different employee, offering the exact same assistance I had received earlier. If that isn't GREAT customer service I don't know what is. Again, they were out of the state and their offices were closed for the same business day they were attempting to conduct business with me. I called 2 weeks ago and left a voicemail. I hadn't received a call back until this morning, at 633 am CST, which is odd and shady considering that your supposed to be "closed" at this time. No one is answering when I returned the call within 5 minutes of having missed it, as well. This is not good customer service, nor is the fact that I ordered my pole, using your website application to determine which extensions were needed. And for a 10 ft ceiling, the 500 extension was preselected. Which is inaccurate, especially considering that YOUR instructions specifically states to use as few extensions as possible. In addition, to the fact that the appropriate extension connectors were not included in the packaging as well. Therefore, I spent an additional $49.99 on the 500 mm extensible that was not needed, only to have to spend another $79.99 for the 750 mm extension. This is a complete rip off. read more

I came to X-Pole customer service with a sad issue. I've loved pole ever since I started in 2013. I moved into my fiancées house with my son this summer '23 and upon the move lost mandatory parts of my pole (my other baby!). When I looked online for the extension it was entirely sold out (I have an old model). It wasn't even available in different colors. Dance is my outlet, specifically pole. My family has been through some massive struggles recently and not having my pole as an outlet and not being able to afford going to a studio created an empty hole in me and some depression. I reached out to customer service to ask if maybe there was back stock that wasn't shown on the online inventory. Roxanne immediately got back with me and asked me to send her pictures and measurements of everything I had including screws and the ceiling height. She was never more than 24 in responses and always thorough. Within a couple days of an email exchange she found every part I needed and included extra screws and parts that seemingly were missed on my invoice. She was so kind and quick. I have the utmost gratitude for her and the X-Pole team and cannot wait to begin training again! Side note - I've had friends who purchased from other pole vendors (against my recommendation) and have seen them only have problems with their pole. X-Poles never have issues that I hear of. They are always sturdy and come with clear and concise instructions (for example how not to break your ceiling). I was so excited to get one of their poles but not after having nearly $500 taken from my account while they claim to "not see it" on their end. LTheir customer support is extremely subpar for the amount of money a customer spends on their merchandise. When you have an issue, they don't fully look into it and don't read to comprehend when you email. I attached several screenshots and confirmations of payments to no avail. It's been 3 weeks of back and forth just for them to give me a number that no one has EVER picked up the phone from. they take multiple business days to answer you via email just to tell you to call. I'm definitely going to the BBB if I can't get a refund on an order I never received a product for. I ordered a simple beginner level pole from these people and my card was charged FIVE times. Three days later I'm still dealing with my bank and these people just to get one pole. Waste of time and CERTAINLY a waste of money, as it's still not back in my bank account. I haven't even bothered to try and order it again because I'm afraid the same thing is going to happen. Heydi is such a sweet and awesome person! I bought my X-Pole and it came literally two days later and the installation was so quick and easy! I soon found out that my ceiling was a bit too high for the sizes that are sent with the pole purchase, so I got in contact with Heydi and she was so nice and helpful and was able to get me set up with the extension I needed!! I LOVE having my own pole at home! It helps keep me active, it's awesome to show off to friends, and it's a great way to practice on my own what I have learned at my pole studio so that I can still get instructor help, but without paying to go to classes every day! It says $$$, but X-Pole is such an affordable purchase that will really give you the best bang for your buck. It's an investment that will really be worth it in the end! I take pole classes in LA and I had a pole at home but it was a 50mm and I found I worked better with 45mm. So I had to buy a new pole. I usually just try to find information online and just buy from there, but because I bought the 50mm online and found it didn't work for my body type when I thought it would based on internet reviews of the 50mm. I figured I'd ask my instructors at the studio and luckily one worked for X-pole. She told me to come in one of the days so she could show me. They are open M-F from 9am - 5pm (closed during Xpole trips too). LOCATION: Location is kinda hard to find... you'll see signs that says XPole and a beauty product on the fence area. You drive straight in and it'll be the first one on the left. Parking avaliable inside. When I got there, I was greeted by my instructor (Lindsey is AWESOME and an awesome pole teacher!) and she showed me the samples and since she knows what I worked with and my curriculum, she recommended one to me. 45MM X-Pert. X Sport - static pole, comes in 45mm and 50mm (they also make a Kendra Wilkinsin version) X-Pert - spinning/static pole, comes in 45mm and 50mm (chrome and also in gold) Here there is no shipping and they have it in stock. They have a guy help carry it to your car. It's really simple. You can buy directly there and not pay for shipping and be on your way. They told me to watch the assembling video (on xpoleus.com) and then try to install it. I'm excited to go home and use it. The pole studios I go to use both X-pole (the one where Lindsey works at) and Lil Mynx (not the studio Lindsey works at). So I will update once I use it. Lindsey is awesome. Alright listen. Full disclosure. I have a soft spot for X-Pole as a company. It's one thing to make an outstanding product. It's a whole other ball of wax to have integrity as a company and to invest in the community to whom you are selling your product. X-Pole has continuously invested in the pole community since Day One, and you will never hear them badmouth members of the pole community (unlike other companies who make poles, ahem). For me, how a company conducts itself is as important as the product is sells. But on to an actual review of the product. I bought my first X-Pole two years ago. Prior to that I owned a Lil Mynx, which worked fine if you installed it over the plastic hook thing they gave you, but had terrible slippage issues as a portable pole. What attracted me most to X-Pole was the amount of time and research they put into creating a safe and durable product. I had the pleasure of listening to the founder of X-Pole, Clive Coote, speak at the first Pole Convention. The amount of thought, research and engineering put into his product impressed me. The X-Pole is easy to install, easy to put up and take down, and most importantly, it's safe. They have great customer service and everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly. I bought the 50 mm chrome pole and it has both a spin and static mode. I love the YouTube videos they offer for installation instructions (makes it so easy!) and they really make a point of taking you through each and every step from the minute you get the box delivered to your door. I have had 175 pound Marine muscle machines spin on my pole without it slipping so much as a centimeter. Once it's up, it's up. I have also rented the X-Stage on multiple occasions. It is easy to put together, extremely safe, and it will not go over on you. However, be forewarned: the individual pieces for the stage are extremely heavy. Give yourself some time to put the stage together and make sure to wipe down the stage panels as well as the pole. I would recommend this product to anyone who is serious about getting a pole.
