My tenant had to live in a home with holes in the walls for almost a full month before it was finally repaired. The business operates very shadily. I have asked for a receipt for my payment numerous times, and he still has not provided one. I had to pay him in 3 separate transactions via zelle because his bank kept rejecting my payments. When they got started, they noticed a critical safety issue: the main line installed by the previous homeowner was not up to code, and it was a safety hazard. They gave me an updated quote, which I accepted, to replace the main line as part of the job. The work was done in a couple of hours, and SDG&E replaced my meter the same day. They should be pulling permits on jobs that need them without the owner requesting. I had to request a permit to be added. The original job did not come with a permit. So they applied for the permit without even knowing if they could run the line and do the job. They sent me messages continuously about moving forward and I told them their price was excessive. Why don't they put the whole thread of the text messages in of me asking about adding a permit and them repeatedly asking if I was ready. My response of why is their pricing so excessive.
