Dominick was professional, arrived on time and spent the necessary time needed to do a VERY THOROUGH job of cleaning my dryer vents, taking them apart if necessary to make sure the long vent was properly cleaned. He removed some of the screws that were trapping lint at the seams, and reattached them with the proper duct tape designed to withstand the heat of the dryer. He was polite, informative, and cleaned up any residual mess caused by all the flying lint ( my dryer vent was a mess ) and he moved the dryer away from the wall and even cleaned behind it. My dryer was overheating and not working properly. The prior owner had not installed the vent tubing from the dryer to the pipe in the wall and there was lint all over. I called Dominick and he came right when promised. He pointed out the venting pipes in the basement were old and not installed or angled correctly and the periscope vent connection on the back of the dryer was useless and a safety hazard. He recommended removing that and replacing the old rigid piping with the flexible kind, so I agreed and he finished the whole job in under 45 minutes at a reasonable price. He answered his own phone and was at my home in 30 minutes. He spent 2-hours cleaning out my dryer vent and he reconstructed the tube which connects the dryer to the vent so that it will work more efficiently and effectively. He was pleasant and professional.
