And they have stopped answering calls and texts from not only us but our buying agent as well as the selling agent and the health department. My wife and I spent over an hour picking up trash in their work area on our property When they were coming on our property and actually working, they also brought their dog which they let run loose on our property. They never asked to bring their dog, and did not supervise their Dog at all. while I was doing yardwork in the front, and they were in the back working on the septic it ran up to (and scared) me more than once while I was working (I had noise canceling headphones in..). The alarm has gone off multiple times for the system and we were advised by the septic company to "buy a pump and pump out the surrounding water" ourselves as they did not install the correct lids/necks on them.. They were paid in full at the start of this project and now they seem to have taken the money and ran. Talking with the designer, they will not be approving any more of their work so I'm assuming they're going to have issues on that going forward... Do not give 47 Pro Septic your business. Anthony called back shortly and gave me some recommended next steps. He kept me in the loop to assure me of what to expect. His crew came by in a couple of days to find an issue with the pump.
