Based on our own research and discussions, we believed a reasonable price for the completed work was closer to $8,500. We requested a detailed review of the charges before making additional payments. I saw another review that stated they couldn't use the fixture they wanted. Zach was VERY specific on which valve he preferred and why. You have to get specific trim kits to fit specific valves. Take notes and ask questions. I would definitely use Zach and Mad Piper plumbing in the future. I did comment to Zach on communication.
