They came out with two maids and did an OK job. Later on thought, we noticed that they had missed a lot of stuff. I wrote an email to the company and within an hour, the owner of the company and his wife had contacted me apologizing profusely promising to rectify the situation. The next day, the owner, his wife and the crew came out to my house and really did a spectacular job. They really paid attention to cleaning outside the cabinets, our shutters, blinds and floors. They are not members of the Better Business Bureau (BBB), so I can't submit a claim. Other businesses that provide the same service are BBB members; hire those. The most expensive cleaning. They need to develop some SOP, so they avoid leaving toilets running water.

OK, then my Movado watch went missing and again I asked Lilliana if she knew had seen my watch and she said no. I didn't want to set people up but I decided to hide a $50 bill in my close on the floor to see if it went missing and it did on the day she cleaned my house. I asked her to give me my money and items back and she since then has not returned my calls or emails and has not shown back up even since. I really could not believe people would do something like this. How obvious is it that things are going missing on the day you are cleaning my house? earrings, shoes, a belt, 2 cups...really!
