I worked closely with Pooja to design my original engagement and wedding ring. It came out great but unfortunately I lost the engagement ring after a few years so I had to start over but the second time around was great too! I've changed the design and I love the new one even more. Pooja listens to what you want, I got to see a CAD drawing beforehand and the whole process was pretty quick both times. I have other friends who have designed jewelry (necklaces and earrings) and they are fans. Enough words can't be said about how great of a job Samir and the group at Pro Gems did. Finding an engagement ring is not the easiest for everyone but Samir made everything so easy. I was referred by a friend ans then eventually found out a couple more people I knew bought things from him as well.
