I worked closely with Pooja to design my original engagement and wedding ring. It came out great but unfortunately I lost the engagement ring after a few years so I had to start over but the second time around was great too! I've changed the design and I love the new one even more. Pooja listens to what you want, I got to see a CAD drawing beforehand and the whole process was pretty quick both times. I have other friends who have designed jewelry (necklaces and earrings) and they are fans. Enough words can't be said about how great of a job Samir and the group at Pro Gems did. Finding an engagement ring is not the easiest for everyone but Samir made everything so easy. Brad was great to work with, explained to him what I needed done and that I had a 2 week deadline (proposed to her on vacation in Domican Republic).
