The owners called me and apologized for my experience. They took the feedback from me and they want to use it to improve customer satisfaction. I had a holiday party on dec 18th at my house. My Hitachi HDTV projection tv had a serious convergence problem which was getting worse. I wanted to get it fixed because I didn't have $ for new tv just yet. I called another company out to see what the matter was and they charged $150 without even opening up the tv. They wanted another $650 k to fix it. I didn't. I called All Video and they sent someone out on friday but the tech got held up on another appt so they rescheduled for saturday morning. The tech arrived on time. he worked on the TV for a couple of hours trying different parts, but to no avail. the TV kept blowing the resistors so other repairs were just not cost effective. All Video charged $95 for the visit, nothing extra for a saturday appt, and will credit the $95 towards a new TV and will even take away our old one. They said they don't repair them because no one wants the big bulky heavy TV projection tv's anymore... The Hitachi gave us 10 years of faithful tv service, but now it's time for a 3d experience! read more

Unfortunately, we had to make the decision that our 7 year old rear projection TV was not worth fixing, but found the people at All Viideo Repair to be reasonably priced and responsive. I was searching for someone to mount a 46" flat screen tv over the bedroom fireplace. the cable outlet was on a far wall and, with a cathedral ceiling, there was no way to conveniently get power and cable to the location. I decided to go with All Video due to price and the expertise of Mark who came out to provide a quote. The installation tech, Raphael, did a fantastic job of getting power and cable to the location with a minimum of disruption to the wall. He was fast, efficient, clean and a pleasure to work with. Woohoo is right! I phoned All Video and explained that the speakers would need to be installed soon as they were a gift. The Sales Rep. came out that day and designed the system. They also arranged for us to hear the speakers in a beautiful backyard setting -- which sealed the deal. The All Video team was quickly scheduled for the install and we are extremely happy with Sonos and our outdoor speakers and the staff at All Video. There is very few time in life that a service goes above and beyond to make the customer to have 100% satisfaction and happy about the experience. Well I just had one with Mark Benson and his team at All Video Repair! It all started with my old home theater projector went out of service and I sent to All Video Repair to have it diagnosed and repaired. However, the shop had an accident with their water pipe and flooded part of their shops. A number of repair items were affected including mine. This could have been a terrible thing to handle normally. Not with All Video Repair, to my complete pleasant surprise, Mark Benson reached out and completely understand my pain, provided a cash credit equivalent to the fair value of my old projector, free mounting kit, and free installation of any new projector. I then through research and with help from Mark, purchased the Epson 5030UB 3D projector through Mark with the best price I can find on the Internet. Once the projector arrived, Jon and Cameron from Mark's team came to our house and did the installation. Again they were totally professional, and did an outstanding job in setting up everything. The customization of the remote control was really slick and special. They made our default usage with the blueray-projector-receiver-motorized projector screen a one touch joy! And other media UI controls are also added in a wonderful and easy to use way. The family are amazed by the video quality from the projector and now are enjoying it every day. We have gone through more movies in two weeks than we did in two months before this new projector! He followed up multiple times with us and kept us updated on what All Video could help with as well as the factory. Had a very good experience working with this company. My outdoor rock speakers were not working and my universal remote control had to be replaced. I had Andy and Stefan come to my house from All Video Repair. Found them to be very friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I was thinking that I might need new rock speakers for my backyard but they found out that it was a connection issue. They hooked up my new DVD and programmed the new remote. I wanted to mount my 50" TV on the wall with the wires hidden. I called a couple of places for estimates and both were around $500. I called All Video Repair last and spoke with the owner Bill. The estimate was higher, however in speaking with Bill he was extremely honest in that this estimate included items that may or may not be needed, but he wanted me to be prepared if those items were in fact needed. What I found and soon realized was that the other two companies had given me estimates if I lived in a perfect world where I did not need any additional cables, didnt need a power outlet hooked up, etc. I chose All Video. They did an awesome job and the price was exactly what I expected. The other companies seem to quote one price, then when they get there and start working, they inform you that there are addtional costs that you weren't expecting. read more

when we initially purchased our home theater system from another source, we experienced a continuous cycle of non-existent service, unanswered phone calls, misinformation, buggy components and an uncompleted installation. pro home systems not only were the only ones willing to rise to the occasion but, reprogrammed and reset the various units to factory standards. from the beginning, they were and are more than professional in their product knowledge, the definition of competency to source out a problem and as well as being more than reasonable in their pricing. and, when it became obvious that the existing system was subject to questionable performance due to the odd and quirky power lines than service our house, the guys at pro home systems were articulate as to what a clear and reasonable solution would be as well as what would rectify an on going problem. boy, were they right. they made it work for our budget, provided efficient set up, clearly answered any question asked and, best of all, enhanced what we had to a level that is totally breath taking. i am not given normally to this amount of praise, but, trust me: the results of their work and access to the right product for the customers needs has me struggling for adjectives that would adequately describe my satisfaction with pro home systems. read more

I'm writing this review while sitting on my back deck enjoying my new outdoor speakers that were installed today by the guys at All Video. In addition to the 4 outdoor speakers with a Sonos amp, I had existing wall speakers wired up to Sonos, a new TV wall mounted and setup with Sonos surround (playbar, sub, surrounds) and DirecTV installed to 3 TVs. I'm so happy with the work that the guys did over the last two days. The team of 5 guys that were in my home was fantastic - friendly, very hard working through heat and challenging wiring scenarios, and they left the house spotless. They were literally crawling through crawl spaces and hot attics in 90 degree heat and still very courteous throughout the project. I'm pretty handy and generally do my home projects myself, but this project would have taken me weeks, and the AV team completed it in just a day and a half. Definitely money well spent IMO. I definitely recommend All Video to others and I'll be using them in the future for my A/V needs. read more

A couple of years ago, it was becoming very clear to me that my home entertainment company could no longer provide us with adequate service and so I had the daunting task of trying to find another company who could work on our system. We have a very sophisticated set up so it was even more important that I find a company who can handle the complexity of it all. I took a chance with Pro Home and it has been such a relief! Dave helped me with the transfer of all of my files (not an easy task) and his team has been out several times to work on misc things that have come up with my programming/hardware. Doug, one of the technicians, is awesome. He is a great troubleshooter and has a deep well of knowledge to pull from. Dave works hard to find the most cost effective solutions to fix our issues. These guys were amazing. I have never mounted a TV to the wall before and these guys explained everything to me and provided a lot of knowledge transfer. Bill and Mark did a fantastic job of walking me thru the sales process and how everything broke down and made suggestions to me since I was mounting the TV over the fireplace. Their installers, Jeff and Joaquin arrived on time, had everything they needed ready, and took their shoes off before entering my home. They arrived clean, they did the job efficiently and very well and left cleaning up all their mess. They took the time to show me how my wall mount works and maneuvers, how to clean it, and they showed me how to clean my TV screen with a product they sell. They showed me how to use all the devices etc. They even took the time to share some exciting other products and features (ie Sound bars, subwoofers) that would add some extra umph to my home theatre experience. After waiting half the afternoon on Monday, I waited most of this Thursday for a service repair technician who never came and never called to say he would not be coming. The next available service day is Monday as the repair technician only works Monday and Thursday. They offered to charge only 1/2 the service rate to compensate me, however, this seemed silly since it is applied to the repair bill if I choose to repair the TV or a new TV if a repair is not my choice. I believe Bob has a bad memory it seems. He says he remembers saying that the bulb in question may not be the problem. Hmm, I remember quote, " this bulbs needs to be replaced", meaning to me as a consumer that the bulb was bad. Bob also said that I said all the shops I had called also told me I could not return the bulb . This a total lie by the owner of this establishment. That conservation never happened and I never asked any of the 4 shops I contacted about returning a bulb. Mr. Owner, this is not the way to try save your credibility by not telling the truth. This all started with a phone call to them telling them what my problem was. After Rob had told me to bring the bulb in and he could tell me if it was bad or not. So I did what he said and unfortunitly he was off that day. When Bob came out and looked at the bulb he said in 2 seconds, It needs to be replaced. Now maybe there was comunication confussion here but when the owners says it needs to be replaced and not that it may have to be replaced is 2 different things to me. Oh I may have been to alittle harsh on Bob and his company but I heard what I heard. read more

we bought 5 year insurance coverage on our recently purchased plazma TV. when the TV broke, we contacted the warranty group, and they directed us to their service provider nearest us, which was All Video Repari in Dublin. Of course our TV broker over the Christmas holiday, but to my surprise, All Video Repair called us back the next day, and agreed to send a tech. They had a tech out within 2 days, and the technician was here when he said he would be. He discovered the problem, and ordered the part, and told me someone from their office would call me. I truly was surprized when someone called the next day just to check in with me. I have never worked with a repair company that called when they said they would, and got the repair worked when they said. It has been a wonderful experience. All their staff are really well trained and they treat their clients as good as I have ever been treated by any service provider.t I can highly recommend this company. read more

All video repair is one of the most professionally run companies i've ever had an experience working with. I had a simple led tv mount job over a fireplace that needed to get done to open up the living room for our baby to crawl, I had originally scheduled an install with another company named customplasmainstalls, but after they ditched my install for a another job at the same time they had scheduled mine, I was left at home in a lurch on a Saturday with my baby's toy sets all packed in boxes and set aside along with some heavy furniture. I helplessly called around to different installation companies I found on Yelp and landed on All Video Repair. Mark and Robbie were up front about everything, the pricing, what parts I would require for mounting. After all that, they informed me that they were booked out two weeks, which was disappointing, but then Mark told me to hold on and he gave one of their technicians a call to see if he could fit in my job on a rather busy Saturday for them. He then said they could fit in our job and sent their technician Joaquin over to do our install at the end of his day. Joaquin and his partner did a great mounting job over our fireplace with pinpoint measurements as well as ensuring the new tv was symmetrically mounted in unison to the layout of our fireplace and living room. Within a span of a few hours i had gone from an incredibly frustrated and angry consumer to one who had gone through one of the better customer service experiences in his lifetime. We hired All-Video when we were doing a remodel on our house in 2013. A few months after installation, we began to run into problems with our video system. I first contacted them in April 2014. I had to contact them again in May, July, September and November. They always sent someone out to work on the system (and we paid for service visits). In September I appealed to Bill, the owner, with a full recap of all the contact I'd had with his company and the many thousands of dollars we'd spent. I never heard from Bill - only his service scheduler for another charged service call. Again, they failed to fix the problem. In November, I emailed Bill again to tell him I was hiring someone else to fix the system they installed since All-Video could not get it to run consistently. I asked him to refund the money I'd spent with All-Video on service visits. Again, radio silence from Bill and All-Video. I brought in another company, and they solved all my problems in under 90 minutes. read more
