I was there about three weeks ago and received the best customer service! The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. I went in to purchase one shirt and ended up buying a jersey, satin jacket, sweatshirt and a few other things. I am grateful to Angel, Victor and Sam who assisted me with my very expensive purchase. They are a very knowledgeable staff, and I have recommended my family to shop at this location and ask for one of them! Trash. I purchased a can of 10 seconds water repellent and was charged $30. I looked it up online and the same can of spray retails for $9.99 through the manufacturers website. I looked at my receipt and the way the it was listed was a CAP ASST of $1 with a quantity of 30. When I asked the cashier about it he said that each can has about 30 sprays so that's how they came up with that number. What I gathered from that conversation was that I was being charged for a hat spraying service which was never actually performed. Now I know this particular item is only sold upon request so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume this was a quick fix solution for selling a product for which they don't have a SKU entered in their system but this whole ordeal (robbery) left a sour taste in my mouth and I personally will never step foot inside any Pro Image Sports franchise again. read more

Decent selection and variety I went to purchase a dodgers jersey yesterday and asked the store manager to put the jersey on hold. When I returned 30 minutes later I was told by the employee working the register I could not purchase the jersey because the manager is on his 1 hour break. The employee running the register was new and was not allowed to make a sale without the manager. You tell me how that makes sense. Probably won't be back to this store :/ read more

Came here to get some sports wear for both Dodgers and Angels. The guys were super helpful. I had in mind a specific jersey and they didn't carry it, but it's okay... they just called the Arcadia location and had it delivered to this location the next day. Will definitely be back for more. I visited Pro Image to buy a gift for a friend and it was the biggest waste of my time. This is why: 1. Lack of employee knowledge and customer service. 2. No ambition, motivation, and no friendliness -- the person I spoke to on the telephone prior going to the store was nice, but was "preoccupied" with nothing when I was in-store and didn't even acknowledge the class or try to help me. 3. Pro Image is a franchise in which products must be returned to the location of purchase -- any other Pro Image location has the right to deny the exchange when purchased somewhere else. 4. No returns, ever. 5. 14 day exchange policy. Basically, if the jersey didn't work out for this friend of mine, they would have to set aside an entire day [with less than 2 week notice] and drive to the Gdale Galleria for an exchange [exchanging a jersey for crappy service]. read more

This store does not have the most knowledgeable workers. The worker told me that they did not carry UCLA gear, and in less than a minute I was able to find what I was looking for. When a store is this small I expect the staff to know what is in stock. She did not even try to assist me in any way. The selection of sports gear is pretty sparse in the store and they do not offer a lot of options. read more

Although the place is small, they pack a lot into a limited space. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. If they don't have an item, they're quick to call around and try to get it from another store. They also help to point out other items that may interest you. My husband and I have not been able to find another store that can offer the quantity and variety of sports items. read more
