Ethan was helpful in walking us through all the options and giving his recommendation. He was very knowledgeable about the tailoring process and how small tweaks would impact the look/feel. The suit came out great. 10/10 experience. We had to make some tweaks after but it was free to alter within a certain time frame. It was also nice that they were running a 20% off promotion which helped the cost a lot!

The socks are strongly recommended, the Colorful 50 has 50 colors you can select, 4 pairs for $12.90 (used be only $10). Recently, maybe not that recent, it looks like all UNIQLO upgraded their purchasing system. Now you can check out by yourself. The system is very advanced, you don't have to scan the items one by one, you just put all the things you select into the draw and the system will automatically give you the list. I was informed by the Mgr in a rude way that 15 days is their policy for any exchange, credit and refund. Then the cashier suggested I could take back my transaction to Palm desert 2 1/2 hrs away. I had no intention to return the item only a price adjustment. I offered to repurchase the item back at which she refunded me the amount I paid and come back to repurchase it. I reached out to SOP, and Brandon was responsive and said they were in the mail, but they never arrived. It's now been over two months. Really disappointed with SOP. This was my first purchase and will most likely be my last. When you're spending $700 on boots, you expect everything that's supposed to come with them.
