I did not feel pressured to make a purchase and they gave me space to look around. Very good shoe selection from a wide variety of brands. I'm in the middle of a racket switch after using the same racket for 10 years and have had to demo multiple rackets as the switch to a modern racket takes a lot of understanding of what will work long term. They charge for demos on a daily basis which I was fine to do. The lady told me you're trying to not buy a racket that's why you're using so many demos - how stupid. I don't need to give my business anymore to someone with such a nasty attitude. Tennis warehouse will give you free demos and even deduct shipping costs when you buy a racket from them. I support a lot of great local businesses however a basic modicum of respect and service is essential.
