The technician named Matt did an excellent job fixing our dishwasher. We originally had pro miller fix our dishwasher because it wasn't draining properly. The first technician was very professional and diagnosed the problem as a bad pump. But after he replaced the pump we continued to have the same problem. Matt got involved and let us know that the dishwasher was installed incorrectly and we needed to change the setup under the sink. I was worried about the additional cost since we just paid over $300 for the new pump but Matt told us that he would order the part and fix it at no additional cost. Sent out an SOS on a broken washer and chose Pro Miller. My tech's name is Ben. I knew it was a switch from a previous replacement several years back. Ben agreed and ordered the part. He's very good at explaining what's wrong and how it works. After replacing the switch I noticed the "sound" was off. When you use a machine for years you get used to the sounds. Found out the switch that was just replaced was good but something else was wrong and it wasn't turning the drum. Ben came back out, diagnosed that, ordered the part and replaced it. I noticed it wasn't spinning the way it should and called back. He came out...found out it was part of the inner workings ordered that part and replaced it. I'm giving them two stars because I was sent a message back pretty quickly by Sergei stating they could help with our insulation issue in our stove. However, when I called the company to try and set up an appointment, it never really went anywhere. The woman I spoke with had me send pictures of our stove model and then proceeded to send another text asking for photos of the insulation location even though I had already mentioned it was for a stove. This is where my issue started, I took a photo of the back of our stove, mentioned the insulation was inside behind the panels and we had no idea how to get the back off safely and apologized. I never received a reply after that, not even one that said they would be unable to do the repair. It's fine if they didn't want or couldn't do the repair, I would have accepted that, but I thought it was pretty unprofessional to just leave us hanging like that, especially after the woman I spoke with on the phone said she would give me a call back after she talked to a technician about it, but instead she sent the texts that went nowhere. read more

I called and made an appointment for my Whirlpool not cooling, they came out the next day. The gentleman came out and asked a few questions and told me it was my compressor. He said it would be covered under warranty, but parts were $360 and I had to pay labor. My estimate came to $960. We chose to get another fridge. I reached out to Pro Miller and they came out the next day (they even called to see if they come by earlier than our appointment) and the tech, whose name I've forgotten, was polite, thorough, worked clean, found the problem, explained the problem, and (most importantly) fixed the problem. The labor rate was extremely fair, especially considering he came on a Saturday, and the fridge has been working perfectly. I came home yesterday to what appeared to be an issue worth my refrigerator making a high pitched sound. I sent a project request via Yelp and Pro Miller was the very first business to respond, in under 1 minute! Pro Miller also gave a very reasonable rate to diagnose the issue. The quote was much more budget friendly than any other business that responded! They were able to come out the next day even though I didn't contact them until late in the afternoon. Fortunately for me I discovered there was not actually anything wrong with my refrigerator. It was a hose that had been left on stressing the water line. I canceled the appointment and Pro Miller was VERY understanding. So I can't speak on the quality of work. Had one of their reps come out and clean the dryer. It was never checked all the way and one of the rollers needed to be replaced. When we ran the first load there was a thumping sound. Had a fantastic experience with pro miller repairs my dishwasher was no longer heating the water had a feeling it was the heating element requested multiple companies through yelps service at about 10 am tech from promiller was able to be at our house by 1 pm same day came out showed me the cost of the heating element was up front about labor charge which I felt was very respectable and ordered part which arrived and was installed by Monday evening.
