I am so glad I chose Wakehub for my appliance repair. My dishwasher stopped taking in water five months ago. We tried repairing it ourselves by first replacing the water inlet valve, but that didn't help. Then we replaced one of the hoses that had a small hole. Still no luck. When we found out family would be visiting for spring break it was time to get it professionally repaired. Wakehub was quickly available and when technician Kiryl arrived Thursday he meticulously checked everything on the dishwasher before discovering, after pulling it out and turning it on its side, that apparently a rat had chewed all the way through the pump hose and also built a little nest under my dishwasher! Yikes! Kiryl said this was not a part that he kept in stock because it is so specialized, but he could order it and should be able to install it in about three days. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I told him that we had really hoped to get it fixed before company arrived in two days.
