I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience here. So accommodating and stayed after hours just to finish my nails. They have a great vibe and play up to date music or whatever you'd like to listen to. I have been coming for two years and haven't turned back from it. Tracy is very good and my nails always look great! When I have had a concern, she fixes it immediately . Often she sees a potential problem before I do and fixes it before I leave. My nails last without any lifting or chipping. After 3 plus weeks I go back in and other than the fact they have grown out, they still look good! The only negative I have is if you go in on a weekend, they maybe over booked and stretching themselves too thin. The one time I went on a weekend was the only time I felt they were trying to do too many clients at one time and for the first time I have gotten a little peeling of the top coat and the edges weren't as smooth as they usually are. Over all I am very happy with the service I have gotten and feel that Tracy does a better job than any of the other places I have been in town. read more

I went to have my nails taken off and the lady doing them took one individual fake nail and tried to pry my nails off with it... I had to make her stop because it hurt so bad. ( as if she couldn't see the blood coming out from underneath) I asked her to just soak the rest off, she then proceeded to keep trying only to leave me with half of my real nail ripped off. She then pours alcohol all over and charged me an extra $5. NEVER again will I step foot back in this place. read more

I had a very humiliating experience here today. The actual manicure itself was satisfactory. It was the nail technician, Samantha, that was extremely rude to me. During the course of the manicure, I was asked/told the following: "How many kids do you have?" "Are you happy with them?" "Are you lonely at home?" "Do you want anymore kids? Because I think three is enough." "So, why can't you have more kids? Oh, a medical problem? What is it?" "You want to adopt? Three kids is enough. And those adopted kids have so many problems with them. If you can't have any more babies, you should stay with three. Three kids is enough." I didn't even wait for my nails to dry fully before getting out of this place. I will never give this place business again. I'm ashamed I left any kind of a tip at all. read more

If you do decide to go to this terrible place do NOT let Tina touch your nails. She does a hideous job. You're better off doing it yourself. She doesn't clean your cuticles or anything she just paints your nails and rushes through it like she's busy. the salon was completely empty and it makes sense why. On top of that she doesn't use a base coat I had to correct her and tell her to go back and put on a base coat. Like who does that?! LOL this place is a joke. Dont bother. read more

I tried this place on a Saturday and there was no wait. The salon is clean and not stinky. I was greeted and eventually also offered water. The polish selection is pretty bad; if I go again I'd bring my own. Finding a red or pink that was not iridescent was a challenge, for perspective. I got the deluxe pedicure, with bells and whistles. They still tried to upsell me on a jelly pedicure (???) and shellac and a manicure and eyebrow waxing. The technician did a pretty good job -- not the most even or beautiful pedi I've had. They didn't use a bottom coat and they didn't try to set the polish before I left (didn't even have me sit still for a few minutes). Weird. Probably wouldn't go back since I'm sure there are better places even in Wichita Falls. But I bet there won't be a line on a Saturday afternoon, which can also be a plus. read more

I'm from out of town visiting relatives close to Wichita Falls. I enjoy getting my nails done regularly and even though I have a go to spot back home, I enjoy trying new shops. I stoped in Pro Nails mainly because of its location (It was close to where we chose to ate lunch). There was no wait and I was able to sit down right away when I entered the shop. I asked for a shellac manicure. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and the shellac color selections. The lady who did my nails (I'm not sure of her name) was very nice, definitely a plus. However, my nails did not look like I just had a 30 dollar manicure when I walked out of the shop. A few my nails were not filed well and are uneven. I was also disappointed with the amount of polish they put on which was hardly any at all! They barely put any top coat on. I just feel this manicure won't last very long and I shouldn't have to file my own nails right after leaving a salon. As far as the actual application of the manicure/shellac I would only give this place a 2 star rating. The only reason I gave this place a 3 is because of the quick friendly service and great color choices. read more

This was my daughter's & I first time coming here. We were really looking forward getting a great pedicure & manicure but unfortunately that wasn't the case. We felt very rushed & my poor feet feel like sandpaper now that I've got them done. Quite sad when you walk out with your feet in worse condition then they were before going in. I'd like to say that my daughter had a better experience than me but unfortunately I can't. She asked for French tips & she wanted them square but they made them rounded. When she complained about it, they told her that she could pay for another set. She asked why does she have to pay for their mistake. So the overall experience was quite frustrating & not what we were expecting. But it was time to pay...get to the register & to my surprise, the total bill was $223 for both of us. What a RIPOFF for two poor mani pedi's, rushed service and definitely was not at all relaxing. Highly disappointed, DO NOT recommend and will ever go back. read more

This has become my go-to spot for a pedicure most of the time. The place is not plush but is clean and they have several massage chairs. Lisa is my favorite and she excels in painting flower designs on your big toes. The price is reasonable and I have never had to wait very long even though I usually drop in without an appointment. read more

Ok, first I want to say that this use to be the only place I would ever go to get my nails done. I was a customer from when they were located across the street and had been going there for my gel nails, waxes, and pedis since 2008. I stopped going in 2010 for about a year because a man there (owner?) made a rude comment about my feet being dirty because it was raining outside and I had to step in puddles to get to their door. That pissed me off, but I had my usual mani and pedi. I started going back there, but I was cut my numerous individuals and "burr burned" twice. I again stopped going until 2014. At this time they were in the new building, which does look nice...and I had my nails, brows, and pedi done for my graduation. The older woman that works there cut my fingers 3 times. I started visiting other salons around town after that, but gave this salon two more chances this year (2015). I went in and had my nails filled from a piss-poor job done down the road at Lovely Nails and I was happy with the work even though I was cut severely and that finger bleed the whole visit and took nearly 2 weeks to heal. I decided to try one last time...a mani (gel, new set), wax, and pedi. My pedi was upgraded to the fanciest they have and still the lady kept up-saling me, up-saling me...she was nice, didn't speak clearly, but I was feeling generous so I said yes to all the upscales, which turned out really to be nothing and I noticed the basic pedi where you use scent salts and lotions was reduced to hardly any product...in the past it was better service, better bargain for your buck. Well, when it came time for my nails to be done, I thought I would get one of the younger women whom I know do really good work, but I get the older woman again. She placed my hands in scalding, not warm, but scalding hot chemical to loosen the old glue...while I was still getting my pedi. It was way too hot and I kept taking my hands out because I was blistering and she kept pushing my hands down into the bowls over and over and I told her that my hands were peeling. She was irritated with me. This was done after she had already partially ripped my nail off one finger when she had tried to just yank my old set off...insane. When I finally got to the table to have my nails done, the same older woman, who has always been unpleasant and has dirty tools...again cut my fingers several more times. I will not ever go back again. I have given this place chances over and over and over and it has just gotten worse and worse. I know one of our daughter's loves this place and knows the people that work here, but I'm done with them...forever.... I don't mind spending money and often I spent well over $100 per visit not including the tips, but they can get their money from others now. I'm done. read more
