I used to come here when I first moved to the area in 2012. The guy that serviced me was Fantastic! A few months in, & he was no longer here. I asked for him and was rudely told that he was gone & if I wanted my nails done or not. NOT. Today is my first time back. I only came in because they are open on Sundays until 5. I brought my niece for a manicure & granddaughter for polish change. The girl servicing my niece asked if I wanted her a gel polish because it last longer. I said no. She continues to badger me. Nancy was my go-to tech. She's decent enough, good work...no complaints there. I just hated it when she would try to talk me out of what I wanted...trying to up-sell me ALL THE TIME. A basic mani/pedi combo costs $35 which to me is reasonable. Did a walk-in appointment with no wait. The place is clean with quick & attentive staff. I usually like to see how nail salons keep their tools clean, but it was hard to tell here. I think it was a small autoclave system, which looked similar to a microwave. All in all, the nail job was OK but didn't last very long; I think the polish was past its due date. What would make this place better is friendlier staff. For the most part they felt pretty aloof. Also, sign on the counter said tip could no longer be added to credit card charges, so don't forget cash! read more

I really enjoyed my pedicure. They were about to close the place but Pennie still agreed to do my pedicure and I assumed i would be rushed since she probably wants to go home but that wasn't the case she took her time with me. Mike has been in business for 12 years but is NEW to Pro Nails! He was delightful, friendly, gave good advice about the length of my nails, spent extra time making sure my manicure was just right! DO NOT GO HERE. I've never left a yelp review in my life but I had to let people know about this. Been going here for years and Monday I was there to get pink and white tips. The technician told me I should get something else because I have short nails. I explained this is what I wanted and I've gotten them many times in the past. She proceeded to do them with MUCH attitude and when I tried to say something about the length I wanted she said "I'm not done!! Don't talk until I'm done!!" She cut two of my fingers with the scraping tool. They lost me as a customer and ALL of my friends who go here too. I've never been treated this poorly at a business and will never give them business again. read more

I have gone to this salon for the past few years. However, I have concern about the cleanliness. A nail brush is used on toenails and then thrown back in a drawer. So it is used on many people, and bacteria probably grows on the brush. I've noticed the pedicure basins are not thoroughly cleaned. Polish chips often the next day (I don't want a gel manicure). Seriously, the most horrible service I've ever received in a nail salon. Walked in for a manicure. They gave me the only guy working on a Sunday. Not only did he cut me several times as he was trimming my cuticles, he didn't listen to me at all when I told him he was hurting me. Would not return. It's been 2 days since my gel manicure and it's already peeled off. I've NEVER had that happen before. The entire sheet of polish on the nail has come off. I think that the manicurist did not do a good job filing my nail or perhaps they use a faulty base coat. Either way- who wants to pay for a manicure that lasts for 2 days instead of 2 weeks?? My manicurist Mike just started here. He's been doing my nails for years after trying many others. I always get gel polish and before finding Mike, after a few months my manicures would only last a week at most because my nails were so damaged and thin that they would split and chip. Now I never have a problem with my manicure lasting at least 2 weeks and have had them continuously the last couple years without a break! Highly recommend him! read more

I showed the guy my design before he even started assuming he could do it. When he finished my gel manicure i was told what i wanted couldn't be done. The One person who could do it was booked not a problem. I couldn't come back because i have a baby at home which i told the owner. I asked for a refund for my manicure and was denied. The owner turned her back on me. Not a good business. read more

I've always loved it here and have come here for years as a walk in with no specific preference on who took care of me. Now that I've met Micheal that kind of changes things he is seriously the best thing that's ever happened to my nails. He's fast, extremely precise, personable and AMAZING at doing nails. I'm sorry to see the negative reviews here - I've received only great service. Nikki has been doing my nails for at least a couple of years now. She came highly recommended by my hair stylist so I knew that she must be terrific. I've been getting my nails done since 1993 - at various places but usually a long-term client once I find a great spot. In all those years, I've never received such a relaxing leg massage and pedicure as a "basic" service. I always make an appointment so I can't speak to walk-in service or wait time. There are so many other nail salons near me but I drive the extra distance for Nikki! read more

I had the worst experience. The nail tech asked if I wated my nails shortened. I very clearly said "NO"! She filed my nails so short. I will never go back. Not only did she screw up but then expected me to pay for the terrible manicure she tried to do on my too short nails. I will now be searching for a salon where the nail techs understand English. She had no clue that I did not want my nails shortened she just kept smiling and nodding. They could have cared less that I was not satisfied read more
