I'm not exactly sure what the story is behind Lili's, but I was told that this location is no longer affiliated with the original one in Webster. Appointments are still preferred prior to a visit, but there seems to be some level of flexibility since things are slower. Kathy does amazing nail art! Her designs are really superior to what you would typically find in most salons in Rochester. I think their prices are fairly reasonable, but I mainly get gel manicures. There are only three people working in the salon currently. I most recently went to the guy who sits next to Jesse. He did a good job, but my nail art barely lasted a two days. She spent most of the time she was working on my nails on a video call with her son. That made me feel a little weird, but she did get my nails done quickly. I was in and out in about 30 minutes for a regular painted french manicure. She charged $45. Not sure if that is a good price or not because I don't have anything to compare it to.
