Horrible experience I used to go here years ago under different management and the man that works in there is the WORST no customer service skill so rude and rough I will NEVER visit this establishment ever again! He didn't even paint my nails and charged me 40!!! For an unfinished product not friendly didn't try to fix the Issue nothing. If you like quality this is not the place for you !! Only go here if you enjoy getting your pedicure done with community utensils with NO sanitation, sloppy polish, paint all over your skin, uneven nails, and the rudest customer service! I would give 0/5 if I could. This was the worst pedicure experience I have ever had. First none of their instruments were sanitized. The lady used the same instruments on me as she did with the previous customers without so much as washing it (my fault for not walking out then). Then she told me she did not have time to do what I wanted, made me change the design. Even after the change, she only did half of the design on my toe nail only. There is gel polish on my skin, my nails are cut uneven, not filed. None is the pedicure procedures were followed. She was so rough with my foot and legs. She left Scratches all over my foot. Overall I paid $54 to get abused and insulted. She walked away from me while I was trying to tip her as well. Let's just hope I also don't have some bacterial or viral infection from them too. 0/5 stars. I DO NOT recommend! read more

I was visiting from out of town and picked this place because they had great reviews. The staff are very friendly however I am use to a soak and wrap my nails to remove my gel. They told me if I wanted that type of service I needed to specify that. I asked the lady if she could do a French on two nails and it was painted on thick and it didn't look good at all. They also polished my other nails very thick as well. They tried to fix the French but they couldn't do it with nails being short I had to go with a plain color and no French. They also painted on my cuticles so this gel will not last more than two weeks bc it will begin to lift. I'm giving them a two stars bc they were friendly and was willing to fix the issue but they aren't that great at doing nails to deserve rating they have. read more

At first I really love this place they were very welcoming and nice. I was upset one day because they told me they couldn't do one of my nails due to it being cut. To give it a few days and come back. Now I have these two Nails on my fingers that especially Pam the nail tech does for me because she's great at it. So it was one of those nails that she normally would have done if that lady the owner wasn't there. When I called to make a appointment, she said she doesnt take people like me...mind you i having been hoing there for 6 months , every week. No issue. I am mortified . I called and she had a opening, as soon as I gave her my name she said they were booked and hung up on me.. she said they don't allow people like me to come into their salon. And I asked her to continue on elaborate on what she was saying, and she said laughing with the other nail talks and made me feel horrible then I started crying and they laugh even more. Today I went to a nail shop that I go to often. I think they do a great job and are usually really nice. They have done my nails several times. Today the owner and the lady doing my nails were joking about my cuticles and the fact that I bite my nails. The lady doing my nails said no and said that she's saying people who bite their nails are trash but I'm not trash I probably just pick at them and not bite them. I didn't know wtf to say. Very nice staff. They are friendly and will converse with you the entire time you are there. The location is clean and well decorated. I would have giving it a 5 but they advertise "walkings welcome" but is not the case. You really need to make an appointment because otherwise you will not get it. I will never trust or go to anyone else but Cythia, & Seeta. They are great. I don't know anyone else there. Very clean environment. No one sits and speaks Korean while working on you. I went to try this salon after having a bad experience at my former salon. The pedicure started out ok with Anna but when it was time to do my gel nails, it went down hill from there. After buffing my nails, the dust was left on and around the nail. Polish was applied over that and now, 1 week later, ONE week, my nails are all lifting. They are catching on my hair and clothes. They were polished uneven and now some look like they have been growing out 2 weeks. I wanted an accent nail and there were no suggestions offered when I couldn't decide. It seemed like I was annoying her at this point in the service. I asked for my nails to be left shorter and square, and they were rounded. When I went to cash out, no thank you, no goodbye, no come again, no would you like to schedule another appointment....she just turned and walked away. I won't be going back. I am disappointed by that because they were a salon that offered gel polish changes inbetween manicures for a reasonable price. read more
