A really good place. They made an excellent job with my nails. I got a manicure and they made my nails look amazingly good.

The people at this salon are sweet and patient. This was my first time at Pro Nails 3 and I must say I was very pleased. Right when I entered, Misa greeted me and was very patient with me. I had a hard time choosing a color to have both my toes and nails match. She went out of her way to help me and then she did my gel pedicure. Misa took her time and made sure she perfected it. Then I got a SNS manicure by Long. My first time ever getting an SNS manicure. He did an amazing job and I will now consider getting SNS manicures from now on! Lastly, I had my eyebrows waxed by Lisa. One thing I noticed about other places is they rush to get you off the bed and out the door. This was not the case for Lisa, she took her time and my eyebrows look great! I would no doubt be recommending this place to all my friends. read more

Long was very friendly. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he mimicked it. I was hesitant to try out this new nail shape (almond) but he told me he would make it look good and did just that! He also kept asking how I like the length and changed it to my liking. First of all, I have been coming here since I was about 10 with my mom since we live right around the corner. It was always a special treat and the ladies got to know us all well. I have never had a bad experience here. Thirteen years later, I am still going in. Today, I got acrylic tips with gel and eyebrow waxing, all for $61 (w/out tip). Melanie worked with me for the first time and even though she clearly had a long day of filing down acrylics, she was really nice and had a great attitude. She double-checked with me on everything to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. If my foot weren't broken, I would have also gotten a pedicure because they do such a good job and their paraffin wax makes my feet and legs feel sooooooo smooth and soft. after moving to VIenna, I needed to find a nail salon near by... i tried this place because it is super close by. i came here during finals week, i was stressed and was in need of a mani/pedi. the lady was really nice but i didn't quite like the job she did. i gave it a second try and this time i had another lady, which was much better. the only thing i don't like is that the lady just charged however amount tip she wanted without asking me. that was the only down fall but other than that i like this place. facials here are not so great. i don't think it is worth it because i didn't feel like she did enough deep cleansing and she doesn't even extract any of your white heads or black heads. read more

I have been going to Nancy for about five years and she is terrific. She recently moved to a new salon (which is lovely and has alot of great "extras" - keep those diet cokes coming!). They also have reduced prices Monday through Thursday. While her earlier salon was 5 minutes away, I now travel 20 minutes because she does such a great job, whether it be for a manicure, pedicure, gel etc. I have problems with in-grown toenails, and she takes the time to do it right. I've recommended Nancy to several of my friends and they love her too! read more

Normally go here and see Holly and Nancy, but of course Nancy is out of town, so I just made an appointment to get SNS with whichever technician can do SNS. I usually see Holly for pedicures, who is super. This salon is not my regular place and I only tried SNS once with Nancy who did great and always have with other manicures. I've been getting SNS for years now and I have NEVER seen anyone rip off the SNS layer off my nail. Not only did he rip them off, he ripped off my nails leaving them all torn up uneven in length. And I was so excited about how long my nails were and wanted to keep it that way. I told him, why he did that and he responded with "your nails were already coming off"...That does not mean you rip them off!!! After I've expressed my disappointment, he then decided to wrap my left hand in acetone, which you're supposed to normally! I did not follow through with the appointment and he still charged me $10 for the removal. I say two stars instead of the one that I wish to give but Holly and Nancy who did nothing wrong, so one extra star goes to them. Otherwise, if you're looking for SNS professionals, I highly recommend you go someplace else. read more

Terrible. Although my final product (nails and eyebrows) look good, I was there for over three hours. They messed up my dip powder and had to redo it. If you know anything about dip, it isn't quick. Then, I tried to use a $50 voucher purchased here on Yelp. They didn't recognize it but finally decided to accept it. But wait! They still charged me full price, not using the voucher. I had to demand cash back, otherwise they said I should wait 20 mins (after already being there 3 hours) so that when their boss arrived, he could refund me the amount. They just gave me cash and I got out of there as quickly as I could. Do not go here! read more

My usual salon was booked so I was doing some shopping in the nearby area so decided to try them out. The place was clean but very crowded. I asked if I could get a pedicure was told yes then hurried back to a chair. I wish the man at the counter would have told me I would have my feet in water for 30 minutes waiting for a nail tech -- they were prune-like when the nail tech finally got to me. If I had known, I would have left to do some shopping and came back later. I was rushed through a pedicure. No foot message or even lotion on my feet. The pedicure was decent for the $30 they charge but I've gotten better. Not offered a drying station or even to sit under a drying lamp. I was offered a drink (water or tea). I was asked if I wanted a manicure and thought, "if they rush me through a pedicure this way, I'm afraid to think of what the rush job manicure would entail." So, I declined. read more

Honestly, the spot is cute and clean but less than a 4 days after my visit, my polish chipped off!! I used an OPI color so it should have lasted and I even paid extra for a top coat that was SUPPOSED to make it last even longer. i'm a little disappointed that i paid $50 for a spa pedicure that wasn't quite worth it to me..I won't be going back. read more

I really enjoyed my mani and pedi at this nail salon. The pedicure chairs were so comfortable and with lovely massaging features. My technician, Tracy, was thorough and professional and did a terrific job. The salon was clean and had relaxing spa music pipes in softly in the background. I give Nail Pro 3 only 4 stars because I am used to a bit of a foot massage in my pedicure (a few minutes to work out the kinks) and a quick shoulder massage to release the tension at the end of the manicure. I know these are lead-in services to get you to buy the longer service, but it is a nice perk that we have in NY nail salons that I missed from this experience. Overall, a solid 4 stars. read more

I purchased a promotional coupon that appeared to be for any service -- $50 paid in advance worth $65 in the salon. However, I discovered that's not the case. When I arrived with two other family members, I was told I couldn't put the coupon towards just any service even though our bill came to over $150. At the same time there was another women who had also paid for the promotion and was under the same impression that she could put it towards any service the salon offered. . . Fast-forward a few months when I came back with the pre-paid promotion. None of the staff seemed to know what to do with it and in the end I got $50 worth of services for $50. The "promotion" didn't seem to exist even though it was good for 12 months. Very confusing. So -- buyers beware! read more

I came in with SNS nails done at another salon. They were too thick, and actually became like little weights on the ends of my fingers. Long did a great job patiently taking off the previous coating as it took an extra long time to get all of that off. He did a paper-thin coating, French nail that look so natural, and they are very comfortable. Yes, it took a long time but it was worth the wait for the precision job Long gave me. Great nail technicians. There are 3 top girls which have worked on my nails for gel and pedis. I've been getting my nails done for the last year and haven't stopped seeing my nails technicians since. I moved to Stafford and STILL make an effort come all down to Fairfax to have them work on my nails. That's how satisfied I have been with the service. Specifically I have had Phung work on my gel full set and re-fills. She does an impecable job. Haven't seen this good of work since 5+ years ago at another salon (where my nail tech turned Barber buuu). Since that occured, I was looking long and hard for a new nail tech and stuck with Phung for gel full sets and re-fills. For my pedis, hands down Mary! She is so patient and sweet. She does an amazing job on my toes. I'm super pickey on my toes (specifically) and she leaves them flawless. One time she was super busy and needed to get a pedi fast. As a back-up I use her sister (forgot her name!) but her sister is also excellent. So anytime I can't get in with Mary, or it's her day off, I see her sister. I highly recommend this nail salon (specifically the girls I see.... not sure of the other nail techs). Try them and you'll love them! read more

The ladies here are super nice, but unfortunately they do a poor job and insist on up selling even if you say No! They find a way to make you pay more, last time I was here, I only needed a pedi and repeatedly I said that I didn't have time for anything else. NANCY IS SERIOUSLY THE BEST. She use to work at a different salon and then she moved here and I tracked her down and followed her to Pro Nails 3 because I love her. I've know her for ten years and there's just nobody better than her. Her pedicures are AMAZING. I usually get ingrown nail in my big toes and Nancy always takes care of it she always makes sure to get it all so that i am pain free and this comes with skill!!! No one knows how to get those ingrown nails except her!! She takes her time and does a beautiful job every single time.
