Best manicure I've ever had in College Station or Bryan! I used to love Fancy Nails and Spa on Texas but they couldn't get me an appointment the week of ring day because they apparently only did walk-ins that whole week. So I went elsewhere yesterday since I wanted to get my nails done in time for ring day without waiting for hours. I got an SNS dip manicure with extension and it was reasonably priced and very well done. She paid attention to detail, gave me the exact squoval shape I wanted and left me extremely satisfied with maroon and gold nails. read more

I am from out of town visiting, but I got here too early for my brother to be home! So I decided to give Natural nails a try, I went in and asked if they had someone available for a pedicure and they said they did. They gave me the pedicure menu, and I chose the next from the best and was showed to my seat and brought a water. I'm used to paying $40 for an almost basic pedicure but instead i got everything from paraffin wax, hot stones, hot towels, cooling gel along with a 45 minute massage (which he timed) and did a great job on for $35! He also aced my French tip! Expected $40 total, but he proceed to ask if I had a student ID and when I showed it he gave me two dollars off! Will be coming back next time I visit! HORRIBLE salon, DO NOT GO HERE! The male nail technician that I had was super careless and hurt me multiple times, and when I said he was hurting me he didn't apologize, only said "but you're not bleeding". He took 1/4 of the time to do my nails than he should have and the manicure service (which cost me $40) did NOT include a hand massage or soak in warm water, which they advertise and LIE ABOUT! My nails look horrid and the desk they were working on was disgusting with nail clippings everywhere and clearly was not cleaned between customers. I will NEVER come here again nor recommend this horrible salon to anyone. read more

I went in today expecting to go to my regular spot- CR Nails. Turns out they've been sold and this place has taken its space. I decided to try this place out regardless and get a pedicure and gel manicure. The decorations and atmosphere were nice and it was very clean- lots of nail polish to choose from. As soon as I sat down he provided me a water bottle- nice touch. I was VERY impressed by the prices here. Only $20 for the most basic pedicure so I got the $24 regular (included callus removal, sugar scrub, and massage)! He did a great job and was very meticulous. The best part was the foot massage- amazing and lasted several minutes. Next I got the gel manicure which was only $27! Again, he did a great job and loved the hand massage. At the end he even gave a neck and back massage for several minutes- for FREE! Total of $51 for all of this and an impeccable job. Since I normally have to pay about double for the same service, this was awesome! I was even provided with coupons for myself and any friends in the future. He (maybe owner but not sure) was very kind and professional. I rarely write reviews but since this is a new place that provides great services and needs business, I felt this was the right thing to do. I WISH I had the experience others have had...maybe a different day or time I would have, but today was NOT it. - Pedicure: terrible. It was so bad that I came home and checked the "services" on the webpage to make sure I didn't tell her I just needed water, cut and polish because other than the nail polish change it does not look like I had a pedicure!! I want to say this is partly my fault because I should have noticed she didn't nearly get the areas where summer takes it toll on our feet (right, ladies?) because I was talking with my friend BUT I shouldn't have to do that. I should be able to go in, relax, visit with a friend and know the pedicure is being done well. My pedi was done at least 10 minutes before my friend's pedi was done. - Manicure: Oh wait, what manicure....THEY TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT ME!!!! I'm sorry, no, there was a lady (looked like could be owner/manager) who came by...she looked at my nails and wrapped them to remove the shellac...she NEVER sat in the chair....she literally stood and wrapped my nails while paying attention to see who was still being serviced in the pedi chairs and who was coming in needing services...after wrapping my nails she walked off, not one word to me about who would be starting my mani or anything....about 5 mins later someone else came and removed polish from 3 or 4 nails until their client made it to the chair. Oh and my friend that was 10 minutes behind me....she was now seated next to me and was getting her manicure. I literally sat there the entire time my friend was getting her manicure without ONE person checking in to see what was happening with my services. I finally unwrapped and removed the polish from the rest of my fingers myself. AFTER my friends mani was done, the lady, you know the one that walked away, came to do my manicure....25-30 mins later. By that time I said no thank you. Payment: Full charge for a pedicure...oh and he (the owner/manager) let me know usually they charge for polish removal but the person checking me out (who probably felt bad for me) didn't charge me so he'll let it go....REALLY? Management: TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!! I'm not even mad at the lady that gave me a mediocre, at best, pedicure...it was the remaining time I was there that did it for me....TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!! Came here on a Friday morning right when they opened with a friend. Was surprised when there was only one technician opening and the next one came around 20 minutes after opening. My friend was seen after many people who arrived after us got seen before her. During my SNS manicure the technician kept leaving me waiting during the process to see other clients and call on his personal phone and do the job as a receptionist. The manicure that usually takes 45 minutes took 1 hour and 30 minutes. The price is one of highest in the area. There are nail spas within 1000 feet that charge $5-$10 less. My nails still look good, but the service was awful and I will not be going back. read more

Not good. Bad pedicure. Just walked out of this place unhappy. Originally planned to get a manicure as well, but told her I had somewhere to be and "ran out of time" after how bad I saw the pedicure was. The place seems clean overall. That's where the good stops. One concern with hygiene is she opened one pack with tools including a cuticle clipper from one of those sterilization packets which is good. BUT she also took a second cuticle clipper out from a plastic container (like what it originally came packaged in). I sure do hope it was brand new and had not been used without sterilization, I should have said something in hindsight. Even if new, it should have been sterilized anyways. She used the non sterile packet cuticle clipper on the first attempt of doing my cuticles, and the other cuticle clipper from the sterile pack the second time she did my cuticles (see note on multiple attempts below). The lady seemed new to the place at best and possibly lacked training or was not certified at worst. She poked me with the cuticle clipper twice to the point I yelled out OWW! Did such a horrible job on the cuticles she had to go back over every last toe for a second time and even a third on a few toes. Even after all that my cuticles still look uneven on all but one toe and need more work. She did not cut down or file down my toenails at all (and she did not ask if I wanted that to be done either). She only used the buffer on the tops of my nails. Paint jobs was average. Looks bubbly in one place, but mostly ok. I basically still need to go get a pedicure somewhere else because I didn't really get one. On the second round of cuticle cutting I gave up in asking for other things and just wanted to get out of there. read more

I went in for a simple polish change. I had a deep purple color on my toes and I wanted red, she didn't get all of the purple off before painting the new color on so I've got all these dark spots around the red. It just looks sloppy and I should have just bought the OPI nail polish myself and done it at home for the $10 I spent. read more

I have been going to Natural Nails for almost 2 years. I am sad to say I will not be returning. The last 6 months or so, they're severely under staffed. Plus, the wonderful nail techs that had helped me in the past (Bryan, Annie, Henry) don't seem to be there anymore. The last 2 times I went, I arrived around 11:00am on Saturday morning (it's a Saturday, so I expected it to be busy). They had 1 nail tech there. ONE. My most recent visit, they had two nails techs at 1pm on a Saturday. I was told to come back later in the day, and when I did finally come back, I was there for 2 hours for a simple gel polish. While I was there, I watched them tell many walk-ins to come back the next day because the wait was so long. I know management hasn't changed because I've seen the owner around. So, I'm not sure why all of a sudden the salon seems to be run so poorly. read more

If I could give a negative star I would. Polish selection was awful, they offered my daughter a drink not me, the technician walked off and left my daughter sitting there for 15 minutes with her legs wrapped, my guy jabbed my toe with the cuticle scissors, when he finally got to my manicure just say there texting, "soaked" my hand in cold water, barely did my cuticles I had to tell him to go back. This place is great! We came in as walk-ins. The technicians were very sweet the entire time. I got an express pedicure which is only $20! I don't really enjoy hot towels and massages as much as the next person so the express pedicure was the perfect choice for me and still includes the callous removal which I ALWAYS need. I am extremely ticklish though, and during the callous removal I would jerk my feet and laugh which I let her know that would happen beforehand. I've had a lot of technicians become annoyed at that and I don't know how I can become anti-ticklish or something? But these technicians just laughed with me and tried not to tickle me too much which made me feel so much better and comfortable! Not only were they so nice and friendly, but they do an amazing job! She was gentle and made my toes so pretty. As a perfectionist I can always find something wrong but I CANNOT FIND A MISTAKE. I honestly feel like this is a salon sent from heaven. I went with my sister and she got a full set of acrylics (powder) and I texted her to see if her technician was doing as well as mine was, and she replied that he was fantastic. This is the best place for a pedicure in College Station/Bryan! I have tried Aurban, Nail Spa, Sam's Nails among others and I've returned time and time again here! I've only gotten pedicures, but they take their time and are very sweet! I've started asking for Andy because he doesn't massage your legs too rough to where they're sore the next day! You might have to wait a bit because they usually only have 3 or 4 people working, but it's worth it! read more
