Always come here and never had a problem. Today I paid more than a full set for a fill. The nail shape was completely changed and not what was wanted. Wanted what I had just filled and change color. Took 2 hours and I never complain but I had to say something. Especially after paying $45 for a fill. When I went back in they called my daughter a liar, that she wanted almond shape. I sat with her entire time and never heard it was going to be $5 more. They did what they wanted and up charged ruining the original shape. And they argued with me. I'm so disappointed I wasted my time and money. I always recommended this place to everyone. But now We won't be going back. read more

Pro Nails has only been open for a couple of months and the salon has been completely redone with new chairs and stations. The atmosphere is low key and very professional and friendly. Today was my third visit (with Tom) and I am positive that this will be my "go to" nail salon from here on out. The nail tools are clean and there are a lot of nice added touches such as covering your hands while they are under the UV light to eliminate as much skin exposure as possible. In addition, he wraps your nails in solution to remove the old polish versus having your whole hand immersed in toxic solution. And the final result is wonderful! read more

My new favorite nail spot!!! The girls here are so nice and attentive. Even though there was a crunch for a time they didn't let me know it. I went in for a pedicure and full set of nails. Nina took her time making sure my feet were soft and beautiful and didn't skimp on the hot rock massage either. She then went on to do my nails and took her time making sure the shape was exactly the way I wanted ;) ( something other salons may rush through) my paws and claws are absolutely perfect thanks to girls at Pro Nails in Grover! My sister went here for a Normal French manicure, then they force her into a gel manicure in which they said "it las longa, you do gel" in which she did and they charged $30 this was done 4 days ago and I'm pretty sure it lasted the same amount of days normal one does. I love this place! They are so considerate of their customers and they use a bunch of tools and techniques that no other nail salon does. When you get a gel manicure they put this glove over your hand so it doesn't expose your hands to the UV light. They have great products if you want more natural products. Prices are fair and they have options for different manicures and pedicures. Worst place!! Burned my skin with too much remover. The fans to dry my nails were dusty so my nails dried looked horrible. I came back next to show them and told me it was my fault that I got every single nail on something to get these tiny bumps on each one. Not particularly impressed with this operation or my nails. If their business is geared towards organic products and practices they should be safer with nails. I had shellac removed with an electrical file (not safe for nail bed). The manicurist were talking to themselves the entire time which made things a little awkward. I wouldn't go back. read more

My wife and I decided to try this place out since the other one closer to our location was closed Sunday. So glad we did. We got walk in service around the appointments they had scheduled. Had to wait a bit, but we got to soak in the spa a little longer. We weren't in a rush so it wasn't a problem for us. Personally, that was the best prefecture massage I have ever received from a spa. They used hot stones during part of the massage and finished with a tingly oil that still tingles a half hour later. Another plus is that they actually used hot water in the spa (not luke warm like most places give you). It might be too intense for some, but it was perfect for me. The only thing I missed was a hot paraffin wax treatment like I received at one other spa down in Oceanside. If they can, I highly recommend them incorporating that into their services. Despite that, I highly recommend this place. As someone who works on my feet, and feels it on a daily basis, this is a service that's well worth your hard earned dollars. read more

The best manicure I ever had and very relaxing and professional.

They're very unorganized with booking and will double and triple book knowing they have 3 workers most of the time. Even when not busy, they'll rush, as seen by other people as well. I've seen them slapping people's legs for part of the massage and I literally laughed out loud. They told me to come in one day at 9 am and the manicurist didn't get there for at least 25 minutes. That day my manicure turned out bad and I will never be back. I will not waste money after being wronged at a salon even once. I'd rather pay more and get a good service than risk it at all. By the way, when they do manicures, they don't offer lotion and don't put cuticle oil on, so you leave with dry hands, torn cuticles and anywhere from an OK manicure to an appalling one. Very disappointing because there are tons of crap salons here in this area. Communication with them is also impossible. I saw them trying to talk an old disabled lady out of using her own polish, and into gel polish she didn't even want. They wouldn't let it go, and badgered her about it. That made me mad. read more

This salon always overbooks. Seems like they don't want to loose customers by making appointments for another time. I was a walk-in but only one ahead of me for a pedicure/manicure. Then the customer ahead of me decided to upgrade and also get a wax. In the meantime, 2 other customers walked in. The staff tried to juggle all 4 customers. Needless to say I waited for over 30 minutes to begin my pedicure. It was rushed and I didn't get the same treatment as previously. I am a regular customer and it seems like this is now their normal practice. Won't be returning anytime soon. read more
