Do not go here!! I get this color at home and never had this issue I had to tell her how to do my nails and they still came out terrible while she talked crap in her language. I have had long nails since I was 16 years old. I get gel on top. I decided to try dip a few weeks ago and they added a bottom "clear layer". The clear layer started to peel with the dip powder so I went in for a fill. The man tried to put super glue on my real nails. When I explained to him that I didn't want super glue, he got upset and passed me to another girl. I sat with cold acetone for almost 20 minutes and the girl went to take the clear coating off and chipped my nails off, dented my nail base and messed up my cuticle. I informed the manager/owner and she laughed in my face and said I didn't have any nails to begin with. Unprofessional; condescending and not good at dip or gel. I had to cut my nails all the way down and will have to cut them down again as the white bruises to my nails grow off. What a mess! read more

After the first two coats of polish, he said he was done, the polish was not even, and caked. None of my nails came out looking anything the same. For $50 dollars I expected better service. I was traveling and did not do my research. I believe he used super glue to attach the nails. Very rude shop, and you can not understand a word they say. I came in at 12pm on a Sunday. They had 2 people getting pedicures and one person getting a manicure. They asked if I could wait 10-15 minutes. Ofcourse I'm not in a rush so I did. I got sat in my chair at 1:07. Thats an hour and 7 minutes later. Which would've been fine if they weren't rude after. I was in a fine mood. Even after waiting. He came over to me and said "uhm what do you want". I said a pedicure and he shrugged his shoulders. So I sat back down. Then said go sit in seat six- so I did and got comfy and decided I'd forget and enjoy myself and get comfortable. Well: I took my shoes off (haven't gotten a pedicure in awhile so they're misshaped and not painted- also I work out so the bottom of my feet are rough. He laughed at me. He laughed. Does that seem like an appropriate response to you? After that he starts and says... do you wanna get them cut down ... all while laughing and then looks at the bottom and huffs and puffs like he doesn't wanna do it. He huffed and puffed for the entire session. Acted like I was the biggest inconvenience. By the end of my pedicure I was CUT 4 times, embarrassed and disgusted. I'll preface this by saying this rating is just for eyebrow waxing and the customer service I received during my visit. I can't speak on any other services they offer, or any other employees. I visited Pro Nails this past Saturday, 7/22. I arrived at 6:30 after calling ahead and letting them know I'd be coming. When I arrived, the owner (manager?) told me he'd left already. They close at 7PM so I figured it was my own fault for waiting, and left the store. The manager came out and told me he'd forgotten he actually did have someone who could do my brows. I was skeptical, as the lady he said would be doing my brows was literally in the middle of giving someone a pedicure, but he took over her work and she led me to the waxing room. I got her name from the receptionist at the end. Please, do not support the employee named Sue. You'll see why: Issue #1 I did not see her wash her hands from when she got up from her client to beginning my service. Gross. I was getting a bad feeling already. Issue #2 Then, I laid down and asked her to apply some baby powder to my brows as my skin can be sensitive. I got an "Okay" from her, and nothing. Clearly she didn't understand me. At this point, I was already beginning to write the Yelp review in my head. Not every place does this, but I should mention she also didn't disinfect or wipe down the area she was about to wax. These two things would have certainly helped her later on doing a better job of waxing my brows, but I digress. Issue #3 She didn't wear gloves. So no hand washing, and no gloves? Gross. Issue #4 She didn't check the heat of the wax on her wrist, as one is meant to. She could have burnt me. Issue #5 BIG. ISSUE. She double dipped her wax sticks MULTIPLE TIMES. And if she did it to me, she probably did it to other people. So there are random people's skin flakes and bacteria floating around all day in wax that's moist and heated--a prime environment to proliferate bacteria. Fantastic. Disgusting. Issue #6 Because she didn't clean the skin or put powder down, the wax had trouble sticking to all the hairs she was trying to wax, so she did a really inefficient job. Had to go in many times with tweezers. She of course got frustrated by this (anyone having to pluck dozens of hairs would be), but she was also doing a pretty bad job of cleaning my brows so I kept pressing her to continue cleaning them. And no, my brows never arrived at a GOOD place. At point point, she literally CLICKED HER TONGUE AT ME when I pointed out the plethora of remaining hairs she should have gotten. I'm sorry, I thought I was paying someone to do a job. Instead, she clicked her tongue at me (you're 10 inches away from my face, do you not think I'd hear that?) and then said something under her breath in her native tongue in a cleaaaarly complaining tone. Awful experience. Awful customer service. If I wasn't in a hurry to go somewhere, I would have stopped and brought this up to the manager right then and there. I paid my $10 and left fuming. The entire experience took 30 whole minutes. This would be reasonable for threading, but 30 minutes for just an eyebrow wax is, from my personal experience, very excessive. I've had other sessions finish easily within 10-15 minutes. Wasted my time, wasted my money, and I got attitude for asking her (politely, mind you) to do her job properly. And my brows don't even look good. I had to spend time at home tweezing them to fix them. Certainly never giving this store my money again, and will caution all my friends to do similarly. read more

I went to this place for the third time on August 7th, 2020 because I was satisfied with the two previous pedicures I got. The man that did the pedicure was just ok. He applied the nail polish which, from my seated vantage point, looked fine. I asked for a design on my big toes because my girlfriend was getting a design and I thought it would be fun. The woman that did my friends design was speaking in their language to the man and she was also giggling. He painted some curved lines on my toes that looked like my 4 year old granddaughter drew! I just wanted to get out of there so I could go home and paint over the terrible polish application and the ridiculous design. When we got to my friend's house, she told me the woman that did her design told her the man that did mine didn't know how to do designs but still allowed him to do it! So childish! My daughter got a pedicure here. However, the polish starting coming off on one toenail, then another a bit later. It clearly wasn't curing like it was suppose to. Went back to have it fixed and they were actually quite rude about it. I go to nail salons enough to know what is normal and not normal. Got my nails done here and my nails look like I got them done a month ago. The person doing my nails wasn't friendly and he was really unprofessional. My grandma and I went here to get pedicures for a vacation and the staff was rude, but they got our nails done quickly so we sat for 20 minutes under the dryer, payed, tipped, and then left. After walking around a couple hours later, the paint was coming off on 5 of my toes. It was chipped and falling off completely, and I had literally just been walking around. My grandma's were totally fine so we figured maybe it was the polish, it was a brand we hadn't seen before. We went back in to see if they'd fix it and they said they would, we asked them if they thought it was the polish and if we should just change it to the same one my grandma had since hers wasn't chipping and falling off. The man immediately started yelling at us, making a huge scene in the shop. He yelled that I must have messed it up, and that we could not come in and say anything else. We were appalled by how rude he was, making a scene in a shop full of people when we had simply asked him if they ever had problems with the brand because neither my grandma nor I have never had an issue like that.
