Normally I travel to get my nails and feet done (Reston, Tysons area) the quality of service is much better. However, I decided to go in for a gel pedicure because I needed to stay local this particular day. I've been here before a while ago and the service was OK but not too bad. I would say it can be hit or miss. But I figured with time, service might have improved. Well. Unfortunately, I regretted my decision almost immediately. The technician didn't have the experience required to perform services on patrons without some type of guidance. I can tell he was new but wanted to give him an opportunity. I tried very hard not to critique and I didn't. He cut down my nails but didn't ask which shape before cutting them and had totally reshaped them. He didn't give any attention to the cuticle area, barely used the foot pumis, what he did on one foot was totally different from what he did on the other (massage, etc). The paint job was not good at all. You can see the brush strokes. I did however ask for lotion/oil for my feet. At that point I was ready to go. Throughout all this, I was still polite during the service, thanked him and still tipped... but I will not go back. read more

After reading so many great reviews, I gave this nail salon a try. I was looking to take my gel manicure off and get a regular mani and pedi done. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the work done. The older lady was absolutely sweet but I had zero cuticle or dead skin taken out because it all looked "good." My manicure lasted just a couple of days. I came for SNS, they gave me sns dip and gel topcoat. NOT WHAT I CALLED AHEAD TO BOOKED. The young lady did a great job on my nails,shaping, gentleness--- but I requested the sns dip system specifically bc gel & uv rays irritate my nailbed. The technician next to her interjects with why their store uses this method for their local customers. It's wrong. The technician should have never rebutted especially when I explained to her I have gotten sns sets from DC to LA where I frequently visit and none do it that way. Their shop is doing some faulty crap and then charging you for it. My nail discolored by the next week. read more

I had a really good experience. I can only get liquid gel due to everything else causing an allergic reaction. Not many people are skills to use the building gel to create nail enhancements. I was a walk in wanting a liquid gel re-fill and waited maybe 10 minutes for Diana. She took her time, was precise, and was efficient. This place was affordable and I will definitely be back to get another fill-in. Only draw back is I really didn't see a menu with services and prices. Other than that, the place is super clean and from the looks of other people nails, everyone seems to have a good skill set. (P.S.-They are next to the Subway/Great Clips & PETCO.) read more

I like the salon and visited the salon multiple times but SNS dip manicure isn't a manicure. You only get the SNS powder no manicure. Kathy did my SNS and 2 days later 3 nails had chipped. I went back and they repaired my nails only for more nails to break the next day. I wasted $45 and will not return to the salon. Note: I get the SNS dip manicure every 3 weeks from a different salon and my nails never break or chip. I was looking for a good alternative salon closer to home. read more

I was there yesterday and I paid 60 dollars for a pedicure. First time in my life! Tina asked if I wanted gel polish and said that it would be 35 dollars extra just for the gel polish! I've never heard of that before. The place is nice and clean. The staff is very friendly but I don't think I'll be coming back for a pedicure because if only gel polish is an extra 35 dollars that's way to expensive. read more

Got a gel manicure from Cathy... and they looked ok but I wasn't ecstatic about them-- a little raggedy at the edges but they looked better than a manicure by me! But now it's Sunday early evening and my nail polish has peeled off on all my nails. I haven't showered yet. I haven't washed the dishes. Haven't done much since getting the nails done. This salon repeatedly sends a text to reschedule your appointments even when you book 3 or more weeks out. I book far out because of my schedule, so it's becomes really annoying when the owner sends you a text, prior to EACH appointment to change it. This last time (yesterday) when I could not change my schedule to meet HIS needs (not mine as the customer) I offered to keep my nail appointment but could get my pedicure done at one of the other local salons. Crazy as it sounds, the owner (Tony) responded rudely saying I can go somewhere else for both. Well, I guess he forgot 2 things: 1.) that I am the customer and that is a poor response/display of customer service especially from the owner and 2.)That HIS business/service did not, could not (and almost NEVER) keep the appointment schedule so it is absolutely ridiculous to be rude to ANY customer. read more

I called Tony today from White Marsh, Md to see if I could get in tonight. He said 6p which was perfect for my schedule. We have nothing open in Maryland and it felt so good to get a mani/pedi after all this time! My nails have never looked so good. He and his mom ( who did my pedi), were just complete perfectionists. I am VERY happy I came here. In addition, the salon is extremely clean ( I felt very safe). Both Tony and his mom were so welcoming and kind.
