I have been going to this shop from opening after today I no longer will return. First of all this is the fourth time I have experienced unprofessional service every one is very un personal and standoffish at times. I like shops where I feel welcome and this is what it was like in the beginning, Fast forward until today I walked in shop per usual was asked what service I said Pink and white fill and pedicure. I was told few minutes after they spoke to each other in their language I was approached by the tech to have a seat in the chair mind you I am in the front of the salon I can not see which chair to proceed to the tech said "the one with the water" unfortunately to me that was rude because again how can I see the tub with water, take it how you want work I hard for my money and I'm paying for a service that see could be professional. we proceed the pedicure was great no complaints however upon finishing I asked the tech was she doing my nails as well as I asked for a pink and white fill and her exact words were " I do not have time for that so I asked well who in here does she stated no one could I asked so why was that not stated up front she proceeded to say no one heard you say pink and white fill which was the furthest thing from the truth. as that was the first thing said when asked what was I getting done I speak very loudly. needless to say I will not return read more

I was given a tub of COLD water to soak my feet while waiting for the next available nail tech . I asked the lady to change it to hot water. She told me to wait. I waited and waited for 10 minutes. No one changed the water. So I asked her again. The lady gave me a hard time, muttered rude words under her mask and then spoke to her coworkers in a foreign language. She had negative body language and an angry voice. So I got up and left. Don't treat the customer badly. Who soaks their feet in cold water!! Save your money go somewhere else. read more

Went in as a walk-in for an eyebrow wax. They were able to take care of me within a few minutes, which was much appreciated. The wax job looks okay (a little uneven upon closer inspection, but not terrible). Overall just fine. I may return to try out nail services, but I think I will go elsewhere for eyebrow waxing. read more

Christine was not the nicest person. She gave an apt in the morning, which I forgot the time for and called the number on the Instagram page she showed me and left a message she called me 5 mins before my apt and said your apt is at 10... Memorial Day traffic was horrible. So I requested to move to a later time. She asked if I can come after 3 pm. Closer to 3, I said I will be there at 315 and she basically said she can't and to check my schedule for a later day and hung up on me. Didn't even get a chance to speak. Very rude. read more

I walked in for a pedi. No one greeted me. I understand they were all with customers, and I would have waited for someone to come to the counter to talk to me. Instead a nail tech eventually looked up at me and was trying to talk to me through her mask. I asked for a pedi. She looked around and said something to another nail tech. She told me, no they were all busy. This was almost 3 hours before closing time. I have a hard time believing they couldn't fit me in. I have been going to Paris Nails for a few years, they changed ownership last year, I have gone 2 other times and the service was ok. Today I went for a pedicure and a young man was assigned to me, he was very new and inexperienced I feel, the man sitting next to me talk on speaker phone almost the entire time and then played music on speaker phone. I selected the deluxe package and french tip only to find out that it was $10 more for that. I pass this particular establishment everyday going to AnyTime Fitness! Obviously, I like to try to keep my appearance somewhat manageable right? Anyway, this post isn't about me. It's about Paris Nails & Spa in Fredericksburg - the one near target and AnyTime fitness. The place is phenomenal!!! My feet feel great and look great from their service provided. I'm constantly working out, so the service was worth the money. When she handed me the menu. I was like- what do I pick? I settled with the hot rocks pedicure and the basic manicure; It was totally relaxing, comfortable, and super soothing!! The atmosphere in the place was completely tranquilizing. Caution, you might find yourself drifting off to sleep! Side note: I notice a couple chicks staring at me. I guess they never seen a guy take care of their dogs (i.e. feet). Just know it won't be the last time I visit Paris Nail & Spa in Fredericksburg. Lol, my feet feel better than yours right now !!! Probably look better too - joking !!! Their posted business hours for Sunday are 11-5 and they are never there at 11:00. They need to update their posted hours to the correct time or be there for the posted times. Very frustrating when you get there and wait 15 minutes after opening time, and then when you inform them that you want gel nails and they tell you that person is off. So not only do they need to update their posted hours they should also have posted that manicure for gel nails isn't available on certain days. read more
