I have been going to Pro Nails since they opened... I think around 16-18yrs ago. Up until this year I always had pink and whites, usually done by Eric but sometimes Holly too, and she also does a wonderful job. I took my daughter this year and she got a beautiful set of acrylics with gel color, I was so impressed by how they came out now, after literally over a decade, I've actually been doing a color, surprising everyone. Because I'm one of those people that sticks with what they love. I am very happy to report that they do an absolutely beautiful job whether it is a french set or colored. The gel color lasts for the 2 full weeks, or longer but my nails grow so fast that even with the color looking newly put on, do to the fast growth, I need a fill. They are very friendly and have greeted me by my name pretty much from the beginning. I rarely actually make an appointment and they get me right in or I have a very short wait... less than 20 minutes in a the years I've been going. I love them and will always return. My daughter and I have been going to Pro Nails now for over 8 years. Holly and Eric are great. They always make me feel like a valued customer. They are always pleasant and do an amazing job on my nails. I also make sure to let them know that I would like nail art when I book my appointment. I have even brought in pictures to Holly and she does her best to accommodate. Its always comes out great and I always receive so many nice compliments about my nails. Especially from my husband :) Holly always does her art by hand. Its just amazing to watch. I might have had to wait a few minutes for my appointment but its worth it and they never rush, they always take their time. I have recommended Pro Nails to many family and friends, and they have never been disappointed. I would recommend this nail salon to everyone. I will never go anywhere else. read more

I have been going to Pro Nails since 1997 and have always received excellent service. After just a few visits, they know your name and exactly what type of nails and shapes you like. They are a family business and customers should understand that it is difficult to staff for walk-ins. By making an appointment, they are better able to accommodate you without waiting. I have never had any issues with any pedicures or acrylic nails in the entire length of time that I have been going here. Holly and Eric are extremely thoughtful and truly care about the work that they do. I have not hesitated to recommend them to my friends and no one that I am aware of has ever been disappointed. I am a very long time customer, I was first introduced to the store when my aunt told me about this amazing nail salon in Dover. I was greeted with a warm welcome and great customer service. I go here every 2 weeks to get a pedicure done and they are just perfect! When I read some of these comments left by other customers I was flabbergasted, in my personal opinion I agree they are under staff some times but their customer service is great and they are very friendly. They pay for all the customers parking (with the parking tokens they get each month). And I just find them fantastic! read more

I have been getting pedicures from Pro Nails since the day they opened that door and never heard of anything as ridiculous as getting a fungus from their spa pedicures. The employees at Pro Nails always sanitize their tools and spas properly, as I have witnessed myself for many years. According to my knowledge, there are many factors in the cause of fungi on your toe/finger nails- the main one being poor hygiene. Nail fungus is not highly contagious, therefore, the fungus has most likely been present before the spa pedicure had taken place. Keep up the GREAT work Pro Nails! read more

This place is great! I've been twice today and have seen Eric both times. The first time I got an acrylic full set with gel polish and it came out amazing! I went for a fill today and they look great again! My nails grow out super quickly but they definitely could have lasted another week otherwise (3 weeks total). They have great polish options, do a beautiful job, and were following all the Covid-19 protocols. I felt really safe going there. I'd recommend giving them a try! read more

EXTREMELY GENEROUS locally owned nail salon. They give you free tokens for the meter! (Eric even ran outside to put money in the meter for me when I forgot). I always come here because they give such a great manis and pedis, that last well over two weeks. The nail salon is clean and they do a very thorough job cutting cuticles compared to many other places I've been to. Oh! and they end your gel manicures with a moisturizing paraffin wax. Looking at the other photos posted; not sure how credible I would hold that review.. I have been going here for the last 15 years. The best people ever. They have done my nails for every wedding and special occasion I have attended. My shellac lasts almost 4 weeks where others only last a week. Even if I don't need my nails done I will just stop in to get my cuticles cleaned up. Can't imagine going anywhere else. My nails are perfect every single time. read more

I have been coming to this shop for a long time. They are clean and accommodating all the time. I started coming after my previous salon was dirty and the nails and polish came off after three days. Here Holly and Eric take pride in their work and are accommodating by asking if you would like some water. They are warm and friendly to all.
