No real explanation, just a last-minute cancellation after I had already rearranged my morning. I immediately requested a refund of the assessment fee, but it still took a full week before I finally got my money back. Between the cancellation, the lack of professionalism, and the delay in refunding my payment, this company showed me they can't be counted on. I'd suggest finding a plumber who values their customers' time.

Faced with such a stressful and inconvenient situation, we called (as we have done in the past) Rayo Plumbing. My mother left a message on morning of Tues 6/23, they returned our call later that day, and thankfully we were able to secure an appointment for this morning, Wed 6/24. Brandon was punctual and arrived at 9:00am. We again shared our problem with our sink and that the water didn't drain, and he got right work diagnosing the problem and set to work on resolution. He "snaked" the drain, was able to remove any "problem" which led to the clog, and restored the faucet and sink t working order. He was also able to resolve a leaky faucet in our secondary bathroom. Last night the pipe under my kitchen faucet burst and water started gushing out at a phenomenal…read morerate. I couldn't even figure out how to stop the water from coming out and within minutes water was pouring down the stairs and leaking into the floors below the kitchen. After calling everyone I could think of, including the board of water supply, with no one providing any help, I typed in "plumbers" into Yelp and started cold calling down the list. First Class Plumbing was the third company listed but the first one that seemed to care. I was warned that I was calling after hours so I'd have an emergency fee if I wanted service now... I joked "fine - this is an emergency" and was told I'd get a call back as soon as they could get ahold of one of their plumbers. I went back to trying to heave buckets of water into a nearby sink and received a call back 15 minutes later. The plumber was so calm, and after hearing that I was still dealing with gushing water, explained to me how to stop the water flow. He asked me to send him pictures of the burst pipe and the faucet and got off the phone to price everything out including replacing the pipes and faucet. After doing all that work he told me what the cost would be and then said it was no worries if given the price I didn't want to continue on - or at least wait until it wasn't an emergency (an extra $150 charge). I said I definitely wanted the service and he came right out and fixed the burst pipe. I would already have been raving about this place for their competent service if it had been a normal scheduled appointment. But the fact that this company and the plumber were there for me when no one else was, and went above and beyond walk me through how to stop the problems and extremely quickly look into part costs for me before I ever even agreed to the service has made me a loyal customer forever!

The owner Chad answered the call and was very patient listening to my explanation of the problem. He clearly knew what was needed and we scheduled a day and time. The day before our scheduled appointment I asked Chad if he would be able to replace my garbage disposal, no problem. I took a picture of the existing disposal and sent it to Chad. Chad arrived on time and I appreciated his assessment and on what would be done. He installed the pressure regulator with copper piping and recommended if I would like to have a water outlet installed. Great location Great idea! Chad also replaced an old hose bibb valve that was stuck to the hose. The garbage disposal installation went well and his assistant showed me where the reset on button is located as well as what to do if the blades are jammed. I highly recommend Plumbing Kings Hawaii because they are reputable, honest and reliable. Chad has immense knowledge and expertise in the business beyond his years.
