It is an affilated company email, with no prior guidance or warning. You just get a pop up saying thank you for your payment to ...(foreign name) @gmail.com. A company name @gmail would have still been ghetto but less scary (own your domain yo! Business 101!) But some random workers name? Anyone making the electronic payment, beware. Don't. Just do a paper check. Overall, I'm sorry. But I can not give Unity a good rating. We have limited solar companies in my area and they were the better price. But I guess you get what you pay for.

The project manager in 2008 was absolutely awful. Poor communication and someone quit so my project got pushed to no-man zone- no one was taking care of my project or communicating clearly about what was going on. I didn't write a review in 2008 because I was upset about the process. However, eight years later, the install is absolutely fantastic and the product has held up really well. Plus the person who was so awful is likely gone so thinking you'll have a better experience than I did. I'm getting quotes on battery and they are the first person I called

However, when the project was completed, the 19th panel was placed near the back of the house, which is shaded by tall fir trees. We could have gotten better results, albeit the difference is not particularly great. If they had installed the panels as we had indicated, I would give them 5 stars. As it is, during the summer months, we are producing enough electricity to send it back into the grid for a small credit on our PGE bill.

The inspector, who was the head inspector for my area, said they did a great job. As soon as the power company switches out my meter, I'll be good to go.

Mason with Green Light Solar explaind how my house wouldn't make a good home for Solar. He really cared about me and his reputation not just a sale. I want everyone to know that our electricity prices are going up with more to come. So if your home has the right layout Mason and Green Light Solar will not treat you like a paycheck. Granted I am late paying my bill, I tried to INQUIRE and pay over the phone and also online. I could not find anywhere to pay! Twice they typed out my payment due as $$46.03.
