Third time is a charm right? Not in this case . Began having an issue with one of the speakers so i thought it was a good idea to take it to the place that did the installation but that was the worse thing i could've done. I explained that i don't believe the issue was not the the amp but instead i believe the issue is coming from channels one & two the owner insisted that it was the amp even though that wasn't the issue later that day I'm outside getting something from my truck and the amplifier is smoking now what if i never went out side and things got worse he literally told me if anything happened with the amplifier he we refund me called him about the situation and he just laughed and said come tomorrow I arrived and he was allegedly out of town now I'm out of $350 for some equipment that i never even needed be cautious when going here

Had my car tinted and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out and they had my car ready in an hour!10/10 customer service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend them!!

I walked in this shop hoping for a quick service for window tinting, luckily they were available. I spoke with Vivid and he was very helpful. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing. Very kind and gave me a lot of options to suit my needs. The pricing was reasonable and affordable, too. Aside from window tint, I also have plans for my car stereo and speakers, I asked him about that and he has helped me too. I will be coming back for the car stereo and speakers next month. Do not hesitate to do business here. And this shop has nice waiting lounge.

I had a very alarming and unacceptable experience with this shop. After having my windows tinted here on 9/5/25, I later discovered a razor blade left in the cup holder attached to my baby's car seat. My child had already been in the seat for the drive home, and he easily could have grabbed it and been seriously injured or even maimed. This is not a small oversight -- it is gross negligence and a serious safety hazard that shows a reckless disregard for customer safety. I immediately contacted the shop via email, provided photos, and even delivered a physical copy of my email to manager that was on duty the next day as well as the razor and additional materials from the tinting process that was not properly discarded and left in my car. It has now been over two weeks, and I have received no response or acknowledgment whatsoever from the shop owner. Apparently this shop has no effective safety or FOD control protocols. Because of this, I cannot trust this business with my vehicle or my family's safety, and I will not be a repeat customer. If you choose to do business here, I strongly urge you to inspect your vehicle carefully before putting loved ones inside.

Got my tints done here and it was finished in 2 hours. They are efficient and straightforward. I was only going to get the basic tints but they offered the premium to me for only $50 more and I couldnt pass up that deal. Great service - highly rec! read more

I can't praise them enough. This shop is amazing. Joseph the person who helped me surpassed my expectations when it came to customer service and the craftsmanship of their work. I had an older one screen on my 2014 c class and he helped me with a major upgrade. Even came out with a backup camera that he also installed all in less than a day. I had tried other shops before but their lack of customer service made me stay away but with this company I'll gladly give them my business. They offer a variety of services one of them being tinting windows so go check them out if that's something you need! read more

So my vehicle had tint on it prior but a window was broken. Glass changed out and the original shop that did the tint was not around. Pro-tech was able to offer similar replacement. My glass had a decent curve to it. Pro-tech actually did a better job than the previous install. It's known that getting a perfect tint is almost impossible but I needed a tint where the spots I look through aren't impacted and we did good here. They do offer some 3m tints here but the superior product would be Llumar IRX. It's easier to work for the installer, it will look better on your vehicle. I'm happy they took care of my vehicle. I just bought a Hyundai 2019 sonata was looking to get my windows tinted and came across pro tech stereo and tint. It was about 5:30 when I came to get my estimate and they were close to closing. I talk with Joseph very knowledgeable very kind young man. And I was able to get me what I wanted within my budget. I know they were about to close but Joseph said if I had the time that they would go ahead and knock it out so I wouldn't have to. Come back I thought wow very cool. They're tent pro yesenia went to work and about an hour and a 1/2 later . It was done! I also got a chance to meet the owner angel very nice guy , very nice shop I was on the road so very happy and would recommend this shop to anybody. Great work guys. read more

Got the tint and bass boost my car needed. The work ethic and skillset utilized is a great look for Pro-Tech. They work hard and know what they're doing. Really good folks that treat me like part of the crew as they got me in same day in good time. I was ready to upgrade and I didn't regret a thing. I knew I was in the right place. Had my Jeep tinted there on 3/24 this place is great, I came in around 10am and the woman in the front helped me right away, she was pretty straight forward I got quoted a decent price and my Jeep was done in two hours. The guys who put on my tint made sure the inside of my Jeep was cleaned, I had my windows tinted on my RX7 at a shop in West Covina where I lived at the time and they left a mess inside the car and didn't cut the tint properly, this place is great! So I've been coming here for years. Since Joe retired, I've read lots of reviews here saying that the new owner is not good. But I said I'll give it a shot anyway. I called to get a estimate to install a DashCam (single camera).. I was quoted $130 over the phone. (It used to be $100 dual cam from previous owner but it's fine, inflation and all I'm okay with it.) When I got there, the lady wrote on the receipt $142, I was puzzled at this point so I asked... You guys charge taxes on labor? She said "Yes" By her body language I knew she wasn't making this up. Then right away she said "oh because the installer said they need to solder some wires so it's $10 extra" $130 is the original quote + supposedly soldering fee of $10 is equals to $140... so where did she get the $142? $2 tax? hhhhmmm All in all, I would not recommend this place at all. They are NOT honest with their work and charges. Not to mention, the workers are in fact, NOT so friendly at all. Go elsewhere. read more

I need a new car stereo because mine wasn't playing a lot of my CD's. I saw their selection of rearward cameras and I had to get one. I got the Jensen system with Bluetooth. I wasn't disappointed! Everything cost around $661, but many people told me that, that price is a steal! They told me that it would take 3 1/2 hours, but I had to leave my car overnight. No biggie... when I picked up my car the next day, everything was working great! The guy that I spoke with the whole time, Gabriel, was nothing but absolutely Aces!!! I just got a new 2023 Toyota Corolla and needed some tint done. I found Pro-tech on Yelp and decided to give them a shot. I scheduled an appointment and thought I was going to be a couple minutes late, but they were able to accommodate me and get me set up as soon as I got there. As it was my first time getting my windows tinted, Joseph educated me on what tints they have and what they all do which was really nice. They were able to do all of my windows in about 2 hours, they have a nice waiting area so it wasn't too bad. All of the workers were really nice and I'm super excited on how my car turned out! Joe retired!!! went here just a few weeks ago to fix my wires for my headlights and made me pay $25 for it, when joe only charged me $5-$10. it's ridiculous to keep coming back to get my headlight wiring fixed ... not coming back here anymore since joe isn't working here anymore. read more

Took my FRS here 5 years ago and I didn't like how dark the tint was at first so i came back the following week to change tints and expecting to pay and the guys here didn't want my money, they said they'll do it for free. Now it's my 3rd time here getting a tint for my Camry and they killed it! It takes a while but hey for the quality and perfection, take all the time you need. Highly recommend, great service, awesome job on the tint, very reasonable price. Tell them Sam sent you, you won't get anything special, they don't know me. read more

I just got my 2003 van an extreme makeover, making it look brand-new with all dents and dings removed, and a fresh coat of paint. I was looking to protect it with an alarm system. I found Pro-Tech via a Google search and called to ask about getting a car alarm installed. They said they could do it the very next day, which was a Saturday. Saturday morning, I showed up and the employees welcomed me, listened to my needs, and suggested the best car alarm for me. I was impressed that they didn't push the hard-sell of their top model, but rather suggested their middle model. We agreed on a very fair price, and they installed it that day! Upon my return, they took time to demonstrate and teach me the functionality of the alarm system until I was comfortable, and we settled up the bill. From start to finish, this was a painless and enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend this fine shop to anyone who needs quality automotive electronic equipment. I went in because I wanted something simple for my old '99 Jeep Grand Cherokee that's STILL running. Angel was real cool, basically understood my situation and took me in right away with very minimal waiting. I just waited there as it took him about an hour to complete. Being a musician, I wanted something that would sound good and have a few upgraded features. I'm TOTALLY satisfied with the service and my new Pioneer radio. I came inside for a new battery for my car's alarm remote. The guy just took my remote, popped it open and changed the battery for me in less than three minutes. Only $3.00. Some would say I could've just bought batteries and changed it myself, but what a wonderful service when you don't have to fustrate with opening the remote and changing the battery yourself. Called same day and that day had my entire speaker system fixed and they also added a backup camera for my 2005 Honda Pilot. Best Buy could not figure out what was wrong with my speakers. This is such a great place to tint your windows man. In my older vehicle I couldn't drive at night cause the tint were too dark, somehow I got the same 5% tint & I can drive at night lovely. Nick was an excellent salesperson; he's an old-school guy with a deep history and knowledge of audio, and he helped me get off the fence with the different brands and boxes I was researching. I was originally looking at some subs for under the seat, but ended up getting a Kicker sub with Nick's advice, since he said under-the-seat subs aren't that great and, for the same price, a boxed sub with an amp will sound better. The installation took about an hour and a half, and you can either wait in-store or at a few nearby plazas to eat and wait. The install itself was clean and professional. Overall, loving the bass. I might be back soon if I upgrade the stock speakers in my ride to improve mid- and high-frequency clarity. On another note, I didn't know they also do tinting. Nick offered a good deal, but it's too bad I just recently had my tint done elsewhere. If I had known, I would have saved some money on my tint by doing it at Audio Motorsports.
