I got a quote from a shop across the street to install my stereo and speakers that I had purchased they quoted me $240 and said it would take 3-4 hours. I left because I felt it was expensive. That's when I found Protech Car Stereo & Alarm, right next to mcdonalds. He quoted me half the price of the other shop and said it would take 1-2 hours maximum. He was right it was quick! Was just coming in for a harness for my car radio and ended up getting my radio installed...I had a big problem though...my radio I brought in broke somehow....so they gave me a option to buy another one and I took it...the radio I purchased was better then the other radio I brought in...George fixed my impossible car stereo problem....and in the end I was quite happy. They gave me a quote that was cheaper then ANYWHERE around..this isn't hyperbole...it was quite cheap....I'm going to need to come back so they can tint my car.. Thanks guys read more

March 27, 2019 I came and saw Joe at Pro-Tech about upgrading my radio for my car. Prior to calling Pro-Tech, I called 6 other places for pricing on the same radio with install. Everyone quoted me anywhere from $550-$750 for what I was looking for. I called Joe at Pro-Tech and he beat their prices with the install by more than $100. Not only was his prices cheap, but the customer service was on point and Joe is very honest about everything. He was not trying to push anything extra to get more money or anything like most car audio places do. I highly recommend Pro-Tech and I will definitely go back to get more things for my car. Pretty solid service. It was a little difficult getting an available appointment even though the place was pretty empty the entire time I was there. It's a small location, but the service was quick and they got the job done. I got an 8" bass tube installed in my hatchback and the entire installation took approximately a little over an hour. My friend Michael, who referred me and my family, has been having issues with them for a few weeks now.
