My brother got his BMW M2 done and they came out fantastic. I decided to get my BMW X3 wheels done for that OEM plus look in Obsidian Black and I love it! I've gotten great compliments too, which is always nice . They did have to reschedule me due to loss of power from recent storms but did so smoothly and also swapped out my tires for my summer ones. Kaylinn and her dad (whose name I unfortunately did not get) did an excellent job with both tasks. They were friendly, courteous and professional in their demeanor. As the tie down hooks in the bed are bolted verses welded in place, I asked Kaylinn's dad if he could remove them prior to spraying the bedliner. He not only readily agreed but offered to powder coat them, any color, gratis. (I didn't take him up on it, but I was very appreciative of the offer.) When I indicated that I could not hear her, she seemed to sit up and place the phone closer to her mouth. Then when I indicated I could not understand her, she seemed to wake up and began to clearly enounceate her words. The quote given was surprisingly the highest of the five companies I had already contacted. I was unimpressed and turned off.
