Run far away from this company they sell fake products. They break easily, I found a bug in my Biofreeze. They also refused to compensate me for that. They are a bunch of Chinese thieves. I am surprised they are still open from all the bad reviews I only gave it a star because I had to in order to post this article. What is disturbing is Maria keeps emailing me to leave a review on yelp and like them on Facebook so I can get a 10% discount on my next purchase. So Run because all these reviews are false reviews. You do not get your items in time even though it is free shipping and when you get it you have a bug in it. Then they accuse you of placing a bug in your Biofreeze Amy told me well it was not sent to you that way. Run for your life. I have never ever wrote a review in my life and I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO GET THIS COMPANY LISTED AS A BAD COMPANY. I've purchased from many online retailers. So far this is my go-to resource. I run a few chiropractic any physical therapy offices across several states and my purchases range from stim equipment, reflexology items, muscle rehabilitation, and various medical supplies (I love me some Biofreeze). Personally, I've had back issues for over ten years and have purchased a Total Gym along with various yoga supplies. I've had great shipping experiences and have NOT had any quality issues since my first order some time around 2011. They have an extensive selection of products as well and keep up to date with the current product market. Customer service has been friendly and professional as well. After many repeat orders I still have no complaints. As far as shipping experiences, there has only been 1 time where a shipment was delivered 1 day late but this was due to the shipping carrier forgetting to load it on their truck that day. Fortunately this didn't set me back in any way. Lastly, they are ALWAYS running promotions which come in very handy. :) I highly recommend Pro Therapy Supplies as they are one of the few who do value their customers and offer great products. I am very happy with the product sent. Pro Therapy is great to work with. There was a little confusion on my orders. I placed the first order with normal pricing and then figured out there was a 10% coupon that I could have utilized. That being said, I placed the second order and used the 10% coupon. There was some confusion on their end thinking it was a duplicate order because the order was for the exact same product. So they emailed me saying they were cancelling one of the orders unless they heard back from me because they thought it was a mistake. In turn I DID write them back, they responded right away and both orders were processed. After talking to the representative they were to process both orders and ship them as one. Unfortunately this didn't happen. They came several days apart. Other than the confusion, I am COMPLETELY happy! I got the very same product for a $9.00 cheaper than what my occupational therapist sells them for. I am VERY happy with the end product and would HIGHLY recommend them to ANYONE and EVERYONE! Ordered a TRIKKE for a discounted price along with FREE SHIPPING and received it within a week. I had such a positive experience that I've now ordered a second TRIKKE from Pro Therapy Supplies. I do understand that mistakes can happen so I sympathize with many of the other reviews whose orders got completely messed up. However, if you're ordering products from a company that is giving you the best price available and you CHOOSE to go for FREE SHIPPING...you can't expect to receive it on the same basis of other companies. If the free, regular shipping time period of 3 to 7 days isn't good enough because you decided to buy something with the NEED to receive it in just a few days...you should have chosen EXPEDITED SHIPPING...and be willing to pay for it. Waiting the last minute to order something and then blame a company for not shipping an order to you fast enough is a bogus review in my opinion. You get what you PAY FOR. Grow up already! These guys have multiple products that address many issues. have bought a few in the past, like a thumb brace and am always satisfied. This review however is for their Barefoot science products. This company consistently always has the best pricing and always has a promotion. Sometimes they are a little short of product but through pricing, shipping and customer service that is why and if currently out of stock I always wait to reorder. The Barefoot science 7 step system is the best and if you buy and implement this program by the time you are used to the 7th insert, where I used to get tired or fatigued walking around a car show for a few hours I can now walk all day without issues. I always put them into Reebok dmx shoes so it is also a winning combination. Barefoot science however is the best of any insole system I ever tried adjustable or not. read more

My chiropractor recommended that I purchase a therapeutica pillow to keep my body in line while I sleep. He gave me an option to order through his company or to go online to get it cheaper than they would sell it. I read the reviews on a therapeutica pillow before purchasing from ProTherapy Supplies because returns were not allowed. I love the pillow as well as how quickly it arrived at my door. The delivery was a combination of UPS and the US Postal service, but that seems to be the norm now adays because it helps keep shipping costs lower. In my case, I qualified for free shipping so I took advantage of the offer. I was able to use a promotional code and my pillow became the best deal compared to other sites. Thanks! Excellent website, well organized. Offered the products I wanted in the quantities and packaging I needed at a great price. To top it off, as I finished my order I realized they were located just around the corner from me. I called and asked Angela if I could drive over and pick up my order as I didn't want to wait for the mail over the long July 4th weekend. Angela enthusiastically encouraged me to do so. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! On October 2, 2018 I ordered a knee wrap for my son, to be shipped to him directly. It was never delivered, Pro Therapy says the US Postal Service lost the package. I have called a dozen time and they have BS me that the refund was being processed. It has been 4 months and I am still waiting for the money back. In the mean time I purchased the same wrap from Amazon, for less money and it was delivered the next day. I would love to keep small businesses successful but with such a poor and inexistant customer service experience it is understandable that Amazon is taking over. read more

Two things come to mind when I think about my purchases from Pro Therapy Supplies -- 1. a great choice of reasonably priced products and 2. stellar customer service -- this is what I like most, Not only are their customer service reps familiar with their product line but they are incredibly polite and service oriented. I received an email to inform me when the item was shipped and I received it within 4 days fro shipping and total 6 days from ordering . The pro-neck device is a good device but the instruction of operation was not user friendly. It needs step by step instructions and it needs more photos. I got a pair of arch supports at the podiatrists office and like them very much, but they were a bit pricey. I ordered the exact same arch support inserts for a second pair of shoes from Pro Therapy. I received the items very quickly. The prices was $12 less a pair than the doctors office or anywhere else I could find on line. I will be ordering another pair to two when these were out. read more

I ordered the medline transport wheelchair, that had the added brakes on the pushing handles and had the 12 inch back wheels for easier maneuvering and am very satisfied with not just the product but the speed in which it was delivered (like about 2 days). AmeriGlide of Marietta - Disappointed After the Sale…read more We initially had a positive experience with AmeriGlide of Marietta when purchasing a used stair lift chair for my 92-year-old grandmother. The customer service at the time of purchase was great, and we felt confident in our decision--even spending nearly $1,700 on the unit. Fast forward a year (with very minimal use) and the passing of my grandmother. We contacted them about their buy-back program. They offered $339.80, contingent on the chair being in working order and including both remotes -- which it was. After they removed the unit, I was contacted and told the seat was dirty and the seat belt wasn't operational, and they would deduct $75 from the offer. No one mentioned these issues on-site, and we were left with $264.80. It turned into a "their word vs. ours" situation -- no proof, no photos, and no attempt to make it right. Yes, it's only $75. But it's also about principle and professionalism. I guarantee this chair will be cleaned, fixed, and resold at a large profit to another family trying to care for their elderly loved one -- just like we were. Sadly, I can't recommend AmeriGlide of Marietta. If you're shopping for a stair lift company that values long-term customer relationships, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I also feel that it's sad that when the company is in the wrong instead of correcting thier wrong doing and growing as a black owned business. They right off their customers and instantly say they longer want to do business with you. They talk down on and belittle the customers they do wrong and deliberately flip the story to make thier paying customers seem like their at fault. Instead of providing the proper service and being an example in the community. It's They've had my items for almost 3 months I've paid over $500 and they have yet to send my items and they refused to give my money back for the embroidery and digitizing of the graphic photo on the back of the line jacket. With the lack of service and communication alone, I wouldn't recommend this company to any Greek Organization. The incident: March 11th 2023 I placed an order over $500 with a digitized image and it's now May & I've yet to receive what I paid for. The crossing jacket along with the embroidering on both arms front and back and picture and $280 digitizing fee " as stated in their Police" is None refundable because they garentee customer satisfactory. I asked that they fix the color on the lips which wasn't like the original photo and they changed it to a dark red and made them look like Ape lips. I then asked that they make the lips look like the original and they changed them yet again. After calling for days / weeks on end someone finally called me back but only after I said I'd report them to the Better Business Bureau. Speaking to her on the phone she said that they could not do ask I requested and also could not fix the chest of the picture and asked if I could do it myself and send it to them. Which makes no since, I paid $280 for them to do so. Then she hung up and said we lost connection and it was back to no replies and none answering if the phone. They continued this for a long time until I made my first post on Google. Then they started to act oblivious about what was going on. I continued to email them about the situation as well. Because of the post I've made ok here they finally emailed me but said I was treating them by asking for my money back for services on a product that I did not receive. And said they would give me my money back " even through they don't have to!" If I take my reviews down. I refused because I feel people should know how they handle and bully their customers after they pay their money. I'm stilllllll currently trying to get my money back from the situation. It's disheartening how a company with over 20 years of service no longer carries themselves with respect nor have respect for those who keep them in business. **Sure I'll edit it and this is how they get you 100% accuracy return policy.. which is the accurate at all because I did not like the graphic designers monkey lips or coloring that they kept trying to force on me and so finally I just asked for the #1 on the back of my jacket and they agree but they won't refund me my money for the digitizing because I'm not getting an image after all of this in almost 3 months of waiting. "Custom Order Cancellations Please note: You can request as many changes as you want until you are happy with the way your custom item looks. Therefore, there is usually no reason for cancellation. Changes are free of charge, as long as they are within the original amount that you paid, and as long as you have not yet approved." I highly recommend you avoid this business. Update: After posting reviews, we were contacted by Chantal, who was very friendly and willing to work to fix the problem. She refunded the money for the monogramming, and they were able to take the stitching out of one side and re-do it on the other side. You can still see where the stitching was on the wrong side from the inside of the bag, but it's not too noticeable from the outside, which is all that mattered to me. Chantal also followed up several times to make sure that things were resolved.
