Great Place, with a caring staff This was my first time, dealing with an I jury on the job, well having to go through rehab, and treatment, so I didn't know what to expect. I get to the front desk, and I just see smiles, from these two ladies, one was named Jessica, and the other was Miriam. I felt comfortable, but still nervous, because it was my first time. Anyway, they asked my name, company, and told me to sign in, while they get my paperwork together. They asked how was my day, and sympathized with the injury to my shoulder, and really made me feel comfortable. Jessica mainly took care of a of my paperwork. She was so helpful with all of my questions, and she had this great personality, that made patients very comfortable! You can tell, she knew what she was doi g, because she expedited me right on through. Thanks! As I moved through the office, from one room to another, I was no longer nervous, because I felt like I was in good hands. Thanks to Jessica and Miriam, for setting the tone, in the beginning!! The Dr was Dr. Robert Tanthanasiridej, NOT Dr. Yadidi. My apologies! After looking into Dr. Robert Tanthanasiridej, I discovered he is a CHIROPRACTOR. Not an Ortho doc or any other on the list for a work injury. Maybe if I went to his Chiro office and didn't say 'workers comp', I would be giving a wonderful review instead of the truth I'm sadly telling now. But since he's a QME for workers comp, he can tell me without much of an exam that my injuries aren't work related! If the Director messaged me and was worried about his name, He should also be worried about his name on this clinic! read more

I'd rather wait in line at the DMV. Negative stars for this place. Workers comp said they were 24/7 and I could go in the morning at anytime. I went in at 11AM. The doors were locked, I rang the doorbell over and over and over for like 10 minutes, I could see one nurse all the way in the back she wasn't even at the desk and I could see her walking back and forth and I didn't understand why she wouldn't just come open the door first. Anyway, she opened the door and was just the absolute rudest nurse I've ever met. No hello just "what" literally. And I said I have an appointment "do you have authorization?" Uhhhh YEAH I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT "who sent you?" my job??? lol "do you have paperwork" no they sent you an email yesterday she then rolls her eyes at me and says sit down all rude. She says she never got an email and that I had to call again so they could send the information. I call and as I'm calling I literally see her print out the paperwork with my information on it.... So I'm talking on the phone with workers comp and they said they did send it but they sent it again anyway and the moment I hang up she says yeah we got it... but there was literally no point to me making that phone call because she did have it. This wasn't even the worst part of my experience. I waited for like an hour for the doctor to get to the place??? And after he gets there they send me to a room where I waited for him to check on me for ANOTHER HOUR. And all he does is look at my injured arm, move it around a bit and says okay I'll give you an arm brace and at least he puts me on light duty but tell me why I waited in the waiting room FOUR ANOTHER 40 mINUTES JUST TO GET MY ARM BRACE??? I could literally hear him chatting with the lady at the front desk about their coworkers and at this point I'm so fed up I literally leave the room and go up to the desk and look at them like a psycho cuz at this point I've had it. I grab my arm brace and leave. Never coming back again. Rude people terrible service negligent doctors. read more

I tried calling this morning a few times and no one answers. On the website says they are open 24/7 and you can walk in anytime. I arrived at 8:30 PM after work. At first the gentleman behind the counter didn't say anything. Then at 9pm said something is not correct and they can only help me 7AM-6pm. I mentioned sorry I didn't know since on the website says it's 24/7 and he didn't like that. He called my supervisor and we were trying for a simple drug test. He hung up the phone on my supervisor. Then he looked at me and said can you come in tomorrow. I asked nicely if it's a possibility to do it now I would truly appreciate it since I work 7 days and 12 hours a day. He looked and said I have other patients. There was only one other person who just walked in. I said I can wait if that's ok and no response from him. He began to work on the other patient and kept giving me a dirty look and shaking his head. So far this has been an absolute nightmare! People need to realize no matter what they are currently there because of patients and clients. If people like me did not exist then there would be no jobs. I went for an acupuncture appointment and some doctor came out in a dirty labcoat bragging to the receptionist about all the (direct quote) "sick lean gains" he was getting from his intermittent fasting diet. Then he started suggesting she try hydroxycut, which is a weight-loss supplement with notoriously sketchy ingredients. I'm thrilled Doctor Bro is happy with his results but even people with a basic understanding of weight loss know that's unsustainable and possibly extremely unsafe. Not sure if he's training for a bodybuilding competition or what but yikes this is not what I want to hear coming from the mouth of a medical professional. ...Also at no point did the receptionist ask for any of this information from him. She asked how his weekend was. He suggested she try weight loss pills. On my last appointment the Acupuncturist's assistant put me on a flat surface without support because "they didn't have pillows." I left in more pain then when I went in, and with a neck cramp from having to turn my head to the side for 30 min because the table didn't have a face hole. The Universal City location was pretty good, and the LAX Nash location is fine too (even though it takes a LOT of time to complete an appointment. Plan on 2 hrs to be safe.) I'd suggest those alternate locations if you have an option. read more

I highly recommend as other places I've gone to either want a physical print out of your EPass/paperwor, or don't take walkins/appts on certain days. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!! Got injured at work. So far I've received good services. Will write more as my treatment progresses. So I started this review with 4 stars and now about a month after I have to dock 2 stars. For my follow up appointment it was scheduled at 2 pm. I got there 20 minutes before. I didn't get seen till almost an hour later. What's the point of making an appointment if they're not going to honor it? I work too and I have to schedule my appointments before I start work. Is it then my responsibility to give them 2 hours leeway in case they can't honor the appointments they scheduled themselves? It's hard to get a hold of the Physical therapy department. Called after 9 am to re-schedule my appointment it went to the answering machine. Called back an hour later same thing. Two and a half hours later no call-back and when I called, guess what?! I got the answering machine again. I can't wait to finish my treatments so I won't have to go back. Let start by saying Dr.YUdidi is working with your employer and workers compensation. He have no interest in your medical needs. You can be half dead and he will send you back full duty. Dr. YUdidi blame all injury's on heritage. If you knows that you're not B/S ing go to urgent care, emergency or your doctor and get a proper diagnosis. If the outside doctor tell you something is wrong report him to the medical board. Everybody who had a bad experience with dr. YUdidi should talk to an attorney and file malpractice lawsuit or start a petition. Proactive do have a good doctor, he is the tall thin ball man with glasses. He will really check your injury and request test if needed. Proactive doctors needs some signs at the door before you go in. At your own risk read more

Awful, awful, service. I came in to get a work related check up. I waited probably 5 minutes at the desk with no one there to help me. Eventually an older, balding man wearing a gold necklace appeared and approached me silently from behind the desk staring at me. He didn't say anything - he just stared at me menacingly. It was absolutely bizarre. So, I chose to be the first to greet him saying 'hello'. He asked me why I was here in an oddly, interrogative form. I told him I had shoulder and back pain from work. He said he couldn't help me without authorization from work and proceeds to go to his computer and type. I wasn't sure if he was going to manifest some type of clearance for me to get a checkup or if he truly couldn't do anything. He was just silently typing. So I stand there for another 5 minutes right in front of him while he does that. After 5 minutes he prints out papers which ended up being for another patient and gets up from his chair, and when he stands, he silently stares at me again. Not saying a word. I ask, "so what should I do?" With his reply of "if you don't have an authorization, I can't do anything for you". So then I chose to leave Not only was this man INCREDIBLY unhelpful, strange, and rude - he wasted my time in several ways. It was the most bizarre customer service experience of my life. Please terminate this fucking weirdo of a human being from your staff - it will do your clientele and establishment an enormous service. Thank you. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. I get seen by the doctor due to workers comp (only reason why I came here) He tells me to wait In the exam room after I've been seen. I hear my name called in the waiting room and after waiting another 10 minutes I walk outside and the lady hands me my meds. She tells me to see the receptionist, which I do and she asks me to have a seat. I wait for 30 minuets before I ask what the status is and the same receptionists tells me she's been calling my name for 2 hours. I called her out on it and she still was adamant she had been calling me. I was only sitting 15 feet away. This place sucks and I could have been on my way home sooner. Hi...I cut my hand and my job Glendale memorial sent me there ...as soon I walked in young ladies in the front welcomes me with a smile and a good morning..very friendly..first time I have been hurt didnt know what to expect...sat down ...maybe 10 minutes later I was inside ..nurse took me to my room very friendly ...2 minutes later a doctor came in and was very polite shook my hand very funny...ask me some questions checked my hand...told me what i needed to do...and that was it...the whole poko process was fast and ver professional...thank u so much u guys treated me and my wife beutiful...I was there thursday around 1130...I'm sorry I cant remember everyone's name...but thanks u guys are awesome doing a fantastic job....hc read more

And after my supervisor Dropped me off around the corner and told me find the door I was in pretty bad shape not only that my injury is bleeding like crazy and I'm scared and worried all at the same time, but it was the moment I walked in that the staff rushed to immediately take care on my injury. Came in for a drug test that was mandatory for my new job. The lobby was probably the only nice thing here, really clean and the TVs were new. That's the only positive thing I can say. The receptionists were rude not even a hello or anything, just a "fill this out" and a "did you write your name". I'm still waiting for this drug test which is now a 45 minute wait. So ridiculous. I had a great experience with Pro active clinic. Vanessa at the front desk was very friendly and helped me right away, she did inform me that there will be a wait. I walked in without an appointment and was seen within 30 mins. All the back office staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel comfortable. I was on crutches so was a little slow but at no point I felt like I was a inconvenience to anyone there. Dr. T provided great bedside manner and answered all of my questions. He even helped me readjust my crutches even though they were provided by a different office. Thank you to everyone there! read more

My pre-employment physical and drug screening visit was great. I was greeted as soon as I entered the office. Yessica at the reception desk helped me fill out my forms to "Perfection"! I only waited for a bit before being called in. Everyone of the Nurses and Physicians on staff were amazing. They were very thorough and took care of my every need.
