I went to Labcorp for a lab work ,I did have appointment at 7:00 in the morning I have there at Labcorp early due to the wait. Before they sent me a check on my app, I have activate thirty minute before my appointment. They open only five to.seven to get and check in to the system but I check on the app. Then I waited called my name then a nurse called my name then I followed her to due my lab work. I needed to get labwork done and this location had the availability for me to be seen the next day through the app. This location is in a small center with very limited parking spots, it is also tucked in the corner, easily missed! Check in was simple, and I only had half of my lab work. I did have my lab work number so they were able to look that up. The staff was super friendly and I was in and out within 30 minutes. I did notice some supplies on the floor and gloves on the floor. Im saddened to say that this location is not a 5-star location. There needs to be some TLC for the site. The area is a busy intersection with no parking as it's in a little shopping center. The facility is rough and needs attention. The restroom was old and needed a deep cleaning. During my recent medical consultation, I took the opportunity to visit the nearby LabCorp store, as I had previously noticed one there. This allowed me to conveniently complete multiple tasks in one location. Upon entering the store, I promptly signed in at the kiosk and found a seat. I then patiently waited until I was called for my appointment. I was called to drop off my paperwork. After that, I was called within 10 minutes of sitting to get my labs done. This location is runned smoothly with several technicians assisting the folks that arrive. This is a small location in a corner plaza with not much parking. However, reminder things work smoothly so folks come in quickly and leave. read more

I arrived at 6:30 when the place opened. Im still here waiting in line outside in the cold along with 16 others. They only let a few people in at a time. This is unacceptable as many (elderly) people come this early to get blood work while fasting and they have diabetes. I walked in simply to ask if they were able to see walk-ins, and the front desk employee (older woman with short brown hair and black glasses) immediately spoke to me in a rude, condescending tone and said, "Can you read the sign or do I have to read it for you?" The sign said to check in first -- which I understood -- I was just asking a basic question. She then doubled down and said, "Can you read?"Absolutely unacceptable. No one deserves to be spoken to like that, especially in a healthcare setting. I left immediately. They keep saying you're next and make you wait for hours. Was there for 3hrs until we decided to leave. Phlebotomist was quick, kind, and professional. Walk-ins accepted, appointments recommended. Bring your ID because that's how you'll be checking in for your appointment. Check in is literally so simple. You put your DOB and ID into the scanner. Parking: it's located in the plaza and parking can be a hit or miss especially with the construction happening (04/2023) street parking is permissible after 9am. Reception wasn't rude at all. Not their fault if you have issues with your doctors office sending over the documents for the proper tests. Try not to take it out on them. read more

Older Hispanic woman working here (found out her name is Anna Marie) barked at me when I entered: "You don't see the line outside?!" Me: "What is the line for? There's no sign?" What is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait in a line? There is NO sign outside that states to wait in line. The other receptionist was much nicer. After I checked in, she helped me while Anna Marie started digging through the boxes piled up in the waiting area? When Anna Maria got back to her desk, other people walked in Labcorp speaking Spanish and she was friendly to them. Interesting... I got called back by a friendly employee and had to take a urine test. The bathrooms are...well, let's just say, don't touch anything. Use a paper towel to touch the door. The soap was nearly empty but I was able to pump the last drops out. The cleaning schedule was all filled out for the next couple of days. Although I came here today, Monday Feb. 20 in the morning, the schedule was filled out for Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday of the upcoming week. Interesting... That tells me that they don't actually clean every two hours. Considering the soap was out, that was a big hint. The bathroom looked it hadn't been cleaned since Friday...or maybe it's dirtiness is the norm? The young lady who drew my blood was friendly, but since I have small veins, it is always difficult to find my veins. She tried, but called Kenyon for help. He is a pro for sure! He got a vein in my hand and finished drawing my blood and it didn't hurt. It'd give them both 5-stars. The overall facility coupled with Anna Marie's attitude is a 0-star establishment. You're better off going to other facilities. I've been here in the past, but I won't return. Parking: Ok, I parked on a side street off State St. Don't even mess with that parking lot unless you don't care much about the appearance of your car or you're ok with waiting 15 minutes for someone to come out of a spot. read more

Okay so we made an appointment here for 1:15, we were late, yes we were, but we also saw a 3p appointment option as well that was available o. This same day. When we arrive, we were told we could not be seen because of a staff meeting by one person. We came from super far and needed our lab work done that day as this was the only location that had availability on this day. One of the front desk staff ladies was sooooo nice (sad I don't have her name), but she went above and beyond to do everything in her power to try and assist us. She is nothing short of amazing. She offered to call her supervisor to obtain permission to service us! We were so appreciative and grateful. Had it not been for her, our experience would have been so horrible. I just sincerely appreciate the fact that *some people in the health care field have a heart for patients and clients. She gets 5 stars for her excellent customer service skills! A young girl too! I had just about as good of an experience as you can getting bloodwork. I tried to make an appointment for this Saturday and everything was full. I was going to be int the area anyway so I thought I'd try for a walk in. Got there about 8:25am (they open at 8am on Sat) and the line was already down to the street and as the previous reviews state, the parking lot isn't very big, but I was able to find ample street parking. About every 5 minutes they were letting one to two people in so it took me about 40 minutes to get inside, mind you all of those who had appointments checked in on their phone and came right in once it was their turn. Once I got inside, things moved quickly, what took the longest was waiting in line to provide the urine sample (there's only one restroom). I had a perfectly nice phlebotomist who was super quick, I didn't even feel the needle. The time to actually take the blood was less than 5 minutes and I walked out around 9:35 so a little over an hour. I suggest making an appointment if you can, if not, go early and you shouldn't have any problems. read more

My daughter needed labs. Nurse missed her vein and moved needle around looking for it causing major bruising even over a week passed by bruising is still very visible. If she missed the vein she should have withdraw needle and tried again. Very disappointed with this place. Very dirty facility. The Express sign in screens were filthy, smeared with fingerprints and who knows what else. I didn't want to touch them. The gentleman who called me walked off without waiting for me. He should have escorted me to the testing cubicle. He couldn't get started without me, he might as well wait for me. His cubicle had the trash can overflowing with bio hazardous waste. Used bandages and other material on the floor. He called me by my fist name so I was concerned he had the paperwork for someone else. When I asked him he was combative, he asked me who I was, which was reasonable but he should have been more courteous, and made me feel more comfortable. I was going to ask to see another lab tech, but that would have kept me there even longer so I decided to get it over with. He took my blood well, I felt no pain. Elderly unstable patients were forced to stand outside the facility in the cold until they were called. They should figure a way to seat more patients indoors without compromising pandemic considerations. read more

I was extremely nervous hadn't been to the doctors in 15years, but ERICA was super sweet & comforting, I didn't feel the needle going in, she kept me talking while she drew my blood and just like that it was over while I thought she was still looking around for my vein. 6 viles collected without any issues. I bring my mother to this location to get her blood work done every three weeks. As I do not like the staff at the front desk .... I absolutely love when the young African American gentleman sees my mom. He's respectful, patient , and never fishes for mom's veins ( as she has very thin veins ) I always look forward to having him draw my mom's blood because he knows exactly what he's doing. I was in need of bloodwork and every Labcorp had changed their hours making it difficult to get to an office in time. They had morning hours that were so convenient. I was hesitant to come here because of all the 1 star reviews but I'm glad I did. Parking is horrible but that's not the company's problem. I just parked at the hospital and did a 2 minute walk to the plaza. I was told to check into the kiosk and it was quick and easy. I then was called up to the front desk by a really nice and welcoming receptionist who told me I didn't have what I needed. Once I got that situation figured out and came back inside within minutes I was called back to get my blood drawn by a taller man who was, like the receptionist, really nice. He talked to me the whole time I got my blood drawn and instructed me what to do after to make sure I was okay to go. He was amazing at getting the blood and it didn't hurt at all, I didn't even know when he pricked me. Then I was on my way out. read more

As this one was one of the only two open on Saturdays I chose this one hoping the bad reviews aren't true. And let me tell you I was positively surprised! The place is clean, I didn't have an appointment and needed to get my blood work asap and I did a walk in and was in and out in 45 min! The ladies at the front desk are very nice and helped me with my check in when I was confused. The lady that drew my blood was quick and instantly found a vein (even though it was hard to see). The girl in the front desk with a bad attitude just turn the tablet around and ask her to sign in. It was clearly the old lady is not tenology inclined. The girl at the front desk acted like if she was her Mom. Telling her off instead of helping her. Got the lab work done and the old lady was still there having trouble. Had to get blood drawn from my 4 year old. We checked in online in our car and a couple minutes later we were called in. They noticed he was nervous and they helped me keep him calm. The guy that was in charge of drawing my sons blood knew exactly what he was doing and made sure to be quick and gentle. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. read more

Ok, let me start by saying that It's literally a pain to get my blood drawn. It usually takes a few pokes and "fishing for a vein". anywho here comes the good stuff.... I walk in and I immediately get greeted by a young lady named Jocelyn. I give her my info and I take a seat. looking around I can tell the facility is a bit outdated but clean. Jocelyn calls me up and I express that I'm nervous and have hard veins. she assures me that she's very experienced and even takes samples from babies. She straps the tourniquet and I look away (I know what's coming) before I know it she's done! I didn't feel a thing!!! I've been drawn at other locations and hospitals. I've always had a painful experience. I 100% recommend this facility and if you have hard veins, request Jocelyn. She's amazing and very polite. read more
