Getting the MRI done and depending on where on your body you're getting it done, you'll either stay in your clothes or you'll have to change into this huge robe. I recommend bringing someone with you because you're gonna have to leave your stuff somewhere and they don't have a locker either. The radiologist will give you a set of ear plugs that you're gonna need since the machine is really loud which is nice. You'll still hear the machine though. It didn't take too long getting the MRI done and it didn't take so long to wait for them to see you. They'll give you a CD but you'll still have to wait a few days for the report. To find this place, you're going to have to enter the parking lot and walk in through the glass doors. You'll see Shyn's Pharmacy on the right and you'll immediately see the EZ diagnostic center on the left. It's best to park in the lot so you don't have to pay for any parking fees.

We arrived at ABC Laboratories, signed in, and gave our identification and insurance info. Within minutes, we were given back our cards and headed to a chair to sit and get labs drawn. We were actually the only patients there. The woman doing my mother-in-laws labs got it done on the first poke. She was patient with my mother-in-law as she removed her jacket. I always look for a name tag but did not see the woman's name.

I brought my slip, signed in, and then was asked by the lady at the front to wait, since I arrived during their lunch hour. Later, a phlebotomist brought me into their test floor where a seat was available for drawing blood. She mentioned how I was the same age as one of her sons and felt like time had passed by too quickly. Blood work was painless and done before knew it.

While I did not feel unsafe, the office appeared poorly managed. Communication between the staff and the people answering the phones seemed lacking, and there was confusion about basic operations. If you have other options, I would recommend considering a different sleep clinic. The office was simply too warm and uncomfortable for a sleep study.

There was only 1 lady working the lobby with the waiting room. The actual MRI is located outside in a trailer at the side of the medical center closest to the ER parking lot. The MRI tech and the student interning there were helpful, answered questions, and explained every part of the process. There's a curtain to change if you need to. It took around 20 minutes for the procedure. Have never had an MRI until now and it felt like I was in a tube subjecting me to alien sounds and error pop ups on a PC, but overall fine. They give you a CD disc with your scans on it as well as send it to the medical professional that referred you to their services. Not a bad experience overall.

I consider myself a healthy person with no significant medical history, so this came completely out of nowhere. My wife and I were devastated. Like any parent, my first thoughts were about my two young children. I couldn't stop thinking, "What if I have cancer? What if I won't be here to watch my kids grow up?" My doctor referred me to a urologist, but the earliest appointment we could get was August 5th. To us, that felt like an eternity. Every day waiting was filled with anxiety, fear, and countless sleepless nights. My wife spent an entire Friday calling every urologist and imaging center she could find. We even decided we would pay out of pocket if necessary because we simply couldn't wait. Most places couldn't fit us in or weren't willing to help. Yikes, this is a rough one to write, gang...I went to this imaging center for a mammogram. Staff…read morewas lovely and while there was a wait, I wasn't bothered. The doctor found a small "spot" and suggested they get a better look with a diagnostic mammogram. I had to pay a co-pay (over $400) because I have CA Care insurance. After they did the diagnostic, they felt I needed a needle biopsy. I made sure to ask what I would be out of pocket. The front desk woman told me and what was I supposed to do -- worry if I had breast cancer? I scheduled the needle biopsy, got that done, but not only did I pay the co-pay (again, not cheap!) I now owe an additional $333. In the end, I'm paying close to $1,000 for the diagnostic and needle biopsy that I wasn't able to afford in the first place. I feel like even though I asked about costs, they weren't transparent. Only go here if you have great insurance. Also, after a week of waiting, I had to go into the center again and demand my results. Too much worry and too much money. I do have peace of mind, so that's something.

They also take Covered California insurance. . HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

When I tell you that the last one that hit was a special kind of hell....well.....there's no exaggeration there at all. Keeping my finger crossed that everything comes up negative, and that the urologist gets the results asap. I've learned the hard way what kind of stone my particular body produces, and it's the calcium oxalate variety. This means I'm tasked with keeping oxalate levels down to a minimum, and learning the low oxalate diet asap. Unfortunately for me, that means no more baked potatoes, no more dark chocolate of ANY kind, no more iced tea and a host of other high oxalate foods! Not sure why the reviews are so bad for this place, but I can say that I was handled with the utmost respect, and was in and out in literally 35 minutes. The staff was on point, super professional, and kind. So either I got lucky, or they've stepped their game up!
