I do wish it was a little trendier - but for a consistently great cut and highlights for the price, I can overlook the decor and do without my 'complimentary beverage'. (And owner is so nice!) I recommended this place to someone who is super loyal to her hair person - but she had a hard time getting an appt for a last minute special event. She loved Rose's - she would never leave her 'person' but was super impressed with the trim / haircut she got. This friend isn't pleased easily and pays about 2-3x what Rose charges for color. Appointments at Rose's are getting a little harder to come by - which isn't surprising - I would call to see how busy it is or for an appointment.

I do have blonde hair that tends to turn brassy very quickly, and unfortunately that happened again after my visit, which was a bit disappointing. I also felt like a lot of product was used in my hair, which came across a little like a push to purchase more products -- that was really my only negative. That said, my haircut was absolutely perfect, the prices are reasonable, and I would definitely go back. Went here the first time on a referral from a coworker. I wanted acrylic nails again…read more Brenna is amazing!!! She is my number one lady. She took her time and expkained to me the different ways to get the acrylic nails i wanted. Why had none of this ever been told to me?! I didn't really want french tips (standard for "normal" nail salons") but I also wanted to change my color up when I got fills. Brenna suggested doing shellac on top of my acrylic. It was beautiful. I loved it. I went and got them filled last week... changed the color and they are so perfect. Brenna does amazing work. They don't use the standard nail dremel tools. They use different kinds of files and buffers. This is great because my nails are thin and the dremels hurt my finger nails. The ladies are nice there and they make coffee stand drinks for you while you are having a service done. Over the moon happy with Brenna. The cost is a little more $50 for a set and $25 for the fills. The cost is worth it. To be blunt, English is Brenna's first and only language, which makes communication very easy. There is no language barrier. so happy I found this place.

Heidi took me to her chair heard how I was feeling and said let's transform your hair! She really did! I just love the color and cut! It feels healthy again and all I want to do is where it down. She even recommended some products that will continue to help fix my hair! Will definitely be returning! In fact since it's so close to my work I think I may just become Regular!
