I had to cancel an appointment due to a sick child at 23 hours plus some minutes. So very close to 24 hours. Lindsey immediately charged me full price for my first cancellation & said "I charged your card on file" . I understand the loss of a service but not even a " hey, is everything okay" "I want to give you the benefit of the doubt" & maybe charge half price. Now I will not return I even waited a day to think about if I should leave a review. I have been flexible for her over the 1 1/2 years but I was not treated the same.
