So I've been meaning to give a review for a while now. This place is amazing! Mark and Jacob are always so kind and professional! I have a string of bad luck and for some reason always get into accidents; (never my fault). They have fixed 3 of my cars now. Their attention to detail is astounding! They are very honest and will work with you. I have a 2013 Kia soul that keeps getting rear ended and they get my car fixed super quick. I also had a 2017 Kia Sorento that the whole back end was smashed and they fixed it super quick. Just recently my 2018 Kia Niro was rear ended and they got that car looking new. What I'm saying is this is the place to get your car fixed quick and easy. They don't waste your time, they let you know what's going on with your car. After a city tree fell on it due to high winds, I took it to get one of the requisite three estimates for filing a claim for city. I brought my 2016 Prius Two to Brooks to fix damage to the rear bumper. Brooks did a good job on the body work, but they put the wrong nameplate on my car and I was disappointed with nearly every other aspect of their service. First off, the inside of their front office is in very bad shape - the walls are stained with severe water damage, the furniture is ancient, and everything needs to be repainted. I almost decided to go to a different shop after I saw their office, but decided to give them a shot since they're a small family-owned place. I wish I had gone with my first impression and used a different shop. They ran several days behind schedule, didn't call me with updates, and finally called to let me know the car was ready at 5:15pm - at which point the sun was setting. By the time I arrived to pick up my car, it was already dark and hard to see the condition of the car. The biggest issue with my service was that they attached the wrong name plate to my car. I have a Prius Two but they attached the nameplate for a Prius Two Eco. When I informed the owner, he admitted he didn't know the difference between the Two and the Eco. I had to waste hours getting it fixed and they did a very sloppy job fixing it, so I'm going to need to get it fixed again. The owner is really friendly and he clearly felt bad about the mistake and wanted to make it up to me. He gave me a $5 Starbucks giftcard, but a $5 giftcard doesn't make up for the hours of my time they wasted by screwing up the nameplate. Also, when I brought the Prius in, there were two faint scratches on the driver and rear driver-side door. When I got the car back, there were nearly a dozen scratches. They claimed all the scratches had already been there, but after I complained they buffed them out and they aren't noticeable now. My car was returned filthy. Most body shops wash your car before returning it, but not Brooks. read more

I actually did not have any repair work done by Brooks, but because they handled my car accident with nothing but sincerity and professionalism, I think they deserve a 5 star review. Brooks was just a random collision center in my area recommended by State Farm, and they were the only ones open on Christmas Eve. Everything from getting my car towed, getting estimates and reports of the damages were on time and professional. Mark, the owner of Brooks definitely goes out of his way to make sure his customers are satisfied. I ended up settling for a total loss on my car, and Mark kept the vehicle in his yard without ever profiting from it. He found some parts, and once the parts came in, he carefully inspected them to declare that they were not up to standards. His honesty made sure I was not stuck with a poorly repaired vehicle. He also wrote a great report on my mint condition Mustang which helped me get back every penny my car was worth. I am glad with my misfortune, I was fortunate enough to find this place. Pricey place asked for a quote: I had a fender/ tire liner out of place because clips broke off. Thus the tire scraping against it breaking some parts off. Other places quoted me $200 to fix but this place quoted me over $1k. Their exact response, "$1k unfortunately. BMW parts are expensive even the after market." Bmw parts are not expensive they do cost more than GM parts but how do they get that high of a quote? $1k can buy you a new painted bumper with it installed. I just ended up fixing it with some tie wire at my house. And it stays in place no problem read more

I cannot recommend Brooks Orange Body & Paint enough! My family and I are Orange County locals, and, every time there has been a situation with our car, we ONLY come here. A few years ago, my mom had a car accident, and Jacob was so kind enough to handle all insurance questions. He kept a record of every phone call, invoice, etc., and even kept the car in their lot for two weeks when we had a family emergency in France. Our latest visit was a week ago when I suffered a hit and run; they took the car in, and Jacob gave me updates on car parts, prices, and damage. They ended up fixing the bumper, fender, and headlight and even sanded our other older headlight to match. We are always so thoroughly impressed by their service, and we go nowhere else when an accident happens. Took my Mazda here to get my passenger side door worked on. It was heavily keyed while I was working by a random person. I ended up going through my insurance and was given a list of body shops and picked Brooks because of the good reviews. Little did I know once I got there his shop specializes in Mazda's which was awesome as I was worried about paint matching as I've been told by many my car color is hard to match and can get quite expensive so many shops opt for "cheaper" paint. Brooks handled everything for me regarding insurance. I just had to show up drop off the car and pick it up about 4 days later. My car looks amazing, also comes with warranty on the paint for as long as I own the car. Brooks is very friendly and very professional, I would of course take my car here again! I had a very minor ding on my bumper thanks to a careless cart collector at Sam's Club (whole other story), and Ford of Orange referred me to Brook's for the body work. My experience with Brook's was great from the first phone call to getting my keys when the work was done. I have never had to get body work done on a car so the whole process was new to me and I don't like being uncomfortable in new surroundings. The guys at Brooks kept it real, didn't over promise and actually delivered in less time than was originally estimated.
