Didn't use family recommendations I went on my own search and I came across the Salon 700 in Hyannis. I have been going there since I found it. It's been at least over a year or more. Between the greeting I get when I come in the door from the girls Danielle , Nicole everybody behind the counter. From my wonderful absolutely awesome Jillian who does my hair. I love Salon 700. The staff is absolutely amazing and they just make you feel like. You matter, they do a fantastic job with my hair and what my needs are. Never ever disappointed ever!! Women go to salon 700 in Hyannis you will not regret it! The aestheticians are awesome as well!!! My only sadness comes if I have to leave the Cape I will never find another place like Salon 700!!

There was minimal improvement after the first session, so I scheduled the next one with a different person. That person cancelled so I got the same person again. I told her I had no improvement, so she said she would increase the level/strength. Again, no change and no improvement. I would recommend that you find a place that does a fixed price per area rather than per session. I have lost faith in this salon's laser hair removal practice.

Although they are expeditious they really do take their time to ensure that you are satisfied with your service. I have always loved the vibe as soon as you walk in here it's very welcoming, chic and comfortable regardless of the season or climate - they always have refreshments for customers and they sell a decent amount of salon/personal care items they use. There are other salons on the area with similar services but I feel for the price you really are getting a better value and overall experience at Pretti. My favorite feature is using the Vagaro app to manage appointments. Huuuge plus for a person like myself that schedules their appointments at 2 am most of the time.
