While Hate may be a strong word... some days my back is just not ready to do that kind of heavy lifting. I found these guys at the Mighty Texas Dog walk a year ago. They were handing out generous samples and promoting their natural dog food. I brought the samples home and the dogs gobbled it up. The product boasts whole meats, no by-products, made in the USA and best of all - FREE delivery. Not only do they deliver, they fill your dog food bin and haul off the empty bags. Dog food already in the bin, they rotate it to the top after they have filled with the new food. Now that is what I call service. They even gave me a complimentary food scoop and sample treats on their first visit. They take cash, checks and credit cards. If you are not home, just leave the bin at the door and they will fill it for you. They get to know your usage and call you when you might be running low to re-order, or you can call or order on-line. A 50lb. bag of Lamb and Rice is $50.50 a bag... much better price per lb. than those healthy store options. My dogs love it. I feel better giving them natural options. AND - I have my own personal delivery guy making my life all the easier. If you want to sample - call them and they will be happy to deliver a sample when they are in your area. Not into dry food, they also carry canned. They cater to cats and dogs, also carry treats, salmon oil and supplements. Pretty cool one-stop shopping from the comfort of your home.

I absolutely hate supporting breeders and puppy mills. There are thousands of animals that need a home!!! Why are we still putting our money into the absolute madness?! And to sell caged up birds that had their freedom taken away for profit? No thank you!!! The two times I have been, the owner has greeted me upon coming in and has always been courteous and willing to help. My first visit was to browse for a harness and leash for my cat, a lick pad, and some treats. I did have to ask for the cat section but everything was so organized and clean! The second time I brought my cat and came in to get him treats and ear cleaning wipes. The shop from the outside looks small but wow does it have a lot of products! They have treats freshly baked that you can take a look through the glass display. They have these beautiful artisanal leather accessories that are great for yourself or a gift the pet-loving one(s) in your life. They have lots of coats and puffer jackets for the pups, freeze dried options, and raw options.
