I made an appointment with Pro Edge Remodeling for an estimate on a walk-in shower. They were nice and were able to AI a picture of what my shower would look like. I should have known better to sign a contract after they went from 26,000 to 16,000. When I called to cancel because I got a better price they insisted that n sending someone out to maybe make a better deal. Tonight a young man came to my home from their company and told me off!! Said I gonna get a cheap ass shower, I made a big mistake, ranting on my front porch and believe me my neighbors heard what was going on. I've NEVER in my life had a situation get SO out of hand because I didnt hire them. I still can't believe it! LOL Absolutely ridiculou! And yes, they do park down the street and they have no cards, no paperwork. I have learned a good lesson today! BEWARE OF PROEDGE!! read more

I've had a terrible experience with ProEdge. Somehow they got my phone number after my contact information was compromised online, and ever since then I've been dealing with nonstop calls and text messages. I never contacted this company. I never signed up for anything. I never gave them permission to reach out to me. Yet they keep calling and texting like we have some kind of business relationship. Even after I showed no interest, the messages kept coming. It feels intrusive and honestly pretty shady. If this is how they generate business -- by buying contact lists and repeatedly contacting people who never asked to hear from them -- that says a lot. Very frustrating experience. I would strongly caution anyone about how this company operates. read more

After leaving a $12,506 deposit for the installation of a walk in tub, The sales rep advised that it would take a about a month for it to be intstalled, I believe this was sometime in the spring. On July 16,2026, despite numerous voice messages I was then told by Eric Stavely, the installation manager that the job could not be done because my bathroom measurements did not allow for the installation of the tub. This was in mid July. I have made several phone calls, and twice I was told by Eric and Mike another manager that they would get back to me within a few hours. Needless to say despite numerous voice mail messages left, I have not heard from either one nor was there a response to the email that I had sent. This company blatantly cashed my check knowing the installation could not be done. I have requested a refund but instead, I was given a runaround after they absconded with my money. I am a widow, live alone and have severe mobility issues. As per my experience, this company runs a scam and is predatory towards the aged, handicap population. read more

This company is predatory and a scam. They advertise a free quote, but you have to sit through a "90 minute" sales pitch, that actually ended up being over two hours, where they boast about how "great" their product is. They refuse to give an estimate until you sit through the entire thing. Mind you, it was a weeknight at dinner time. By the time the sales man got through his presentation, we were finally given an estimate over $6200 to replace TWO windows. They would not give the estimate in writing. We thanked the sales man, and told him that we would not be going with their company, and he left. The days following, I started getting up to 12 calls from private numbers and texts all asking for feedback, and insisting they can come down on the price. I finally gave my feedback, and the man I was speaking to was very rude, kept interrupting me, and when I finally got my feedback out, he hung up on me. Further, upon looking at actual product reviews from individuals who had windows installed by them, it appears the installation is poorly done and the windows leak. And because they call from private numbers, I can't block the calls, so they just keep coming. read more

We hired them for a window project for our full house. It was a high pressure sales pitch, and we ended up falling for it eventually, after the price came down over 50% from the first number (it was still too expensive, I unfortunately learned too late). Installation was messy, they put non paintable silicone on the windows and had to replace so much caulk. The windows themselves were sold as highly efficient, but in the end don't even have a high enough energy star rating to qualify for the home improvement credit. When selling my house, I come to find out that they didn't even pull a permit for the windows. I could go on, but just stop here and don't hire these guys. read more

They came out to my house. Nice kid. Quote was outrageously high. I said no. The 2 hours it took to write the quote were a complete waste. Another salesperson calls to schedule a time to come out to "lower the price". I said unless you hit 1/10 of your price then I'm not interested. He took massive offense and started getting angry on the phone with me. When I hung up he called back 8 times. Is this a professional company? The answer is no. It's a scam. They target people who are not very smart and push them to agree to the high initial price. When they get someone who is savvy about price, they'll lower it and push harder. With some people (me) this sales tactic does not work. Buyer beware. You will overpay. read more

Nice presentation but leaves no paperwork to refer to not even a business card. The Sales Rep. was having internet issues and told me she would email me the contract when she had a better connection. I gave a deposit and thought i was "waiting for financing approval". After initial contact it went down hill from there. Failed horribly to communicate. Would not respond to contacts for days. I cancelled and they cashed my deposit check and have threatened to sue me. I keep reaching out but they DO NOT ATTEMPT to return contact. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A BUNCH OF SCRAMMERS!!! read more

My wife and I ordered two windows, one regular, rectangular window for the bathroom, one larger triangular window for the bar. When the team first showed up to install it, the window they had was completely the wrong shape and size and we had to wait several months for them to re-make it and get it right. While installing it, the installer spent a good amount of time complaining about how difficult it would be to seal it properly. From day one, the window leaked from both bottom corners, I reported this and they had the same installer come back out. He re-sealed the window and complained again about how difficult it would be to seal it. Both corners still leaked afterward so they had the same installer come out yet again, he sealed it again, complained about the job, again, and even went so far as to tell us that our salesman never should have sold us said window in the first place which confirms my theory about their sales associates using highly predatory sales tactics and not caring at all about the final result. Finally, they had a different team come out and they put some kind of extra metal frame around the outside along with additional framing on the inside. The window no longer leaks, however, there's rough, unfinished wood framing shoved on to the inside with corners that don't match up and large, visible spots of epoxy holding it together and it looks AWFUL. We were told that it would only be temporary and somebody would be coming back to finish the inside. Today is Sunday, we were told that somebody would be here last Thursday and nobody showed up or contacted until we got a call much later in the evening saying that somebody would come on Friday. We waiting all day and nobody showed up or contacted us. The unprofessionalism and callous disregard this company has shown for its customers is mind-blowing to me and I urge anyone reading this to go with someone else. The windows are great, everything else about them has been a nightmare. read more

A con game. Stay away from ProEdge. They came to give us a quote, and for some unknown reason, they parked their cars several houses up the street, out of our view. When they went to get their sample windows, they did not park their cars closer, even though I suggested that they park in front of the house. All this company wants is your check. They get irritated if you don't give them a deposit the day of their presentation. They will not give you anything in writing. They left after three hours and we did not have a business card, sales brochure, or any documentation. We were told the price was $43,000 but if we give them a check today, the price would be $27,000. That's a pretty steep discount. I'm thinking the first price was nothing but BS. We told them that we were getting some other quotes in order to compare. That's when the demo ended. They wanted nothing else to do with us. If we were not going to give them a check and schedule the install. The following day (today) we got a call from someone in the office that said if we allow a manager to come to the house and give us his 20 minute presentation he could lower the price "substantially" again. I got the same sales pitch from "leaf filter" Their price started a $6700 and ended at $1800. We declined a visit from the manager, because any company that starts pricing at $43000 and reduces it to $27,000 and can go even lower to get your deposit check is not a company that I want to deal with. I posted a review on their web site, and I doubt it will see the light of day. I saw their Facebook page and it's full of negative reviews. read more

I scheduled an appointment to get a free estimate to replace all windows in my house. The salesperson showed up, sat on a chair, then bragged about their products over and over again. He then complained that it is not fair he is the first one to give me an estimate among a few estimates that I planned to attain. He said flatly that unless I hire him after he finished the measurements, he is not given me an estimate. Immediately, I told him to leave because I would not meet his demand. read more

The sales person was very nice and not pushy. Then came the bad part. He said a manager will call me which j had no issue with. Then "marketing manager" after "marketing manager" calls and even when I say I will speak to them when they do not call from a restricted number they keep doing it. I requested them to call from an office number and they refused and then say they are not able to do that. When I say it seems shady, the "marketing manager" proceeds to call me crazy multiple times because I requested to call me from an office number or not call me again and hurls other insults at me insisting I don't know what I'm talking about and all businesses call people like this and when I say they don't, he keeps saying I'm crazy as well as worse things that I can not post here and hangs up. I would heavily advise people to look at their BBB reviews and see if they really want to work with a company like this. I am glad I didn't after how their "office" and "marketing manager"s acted. read more

To be fair, I didn't purchase anything from ProEdge. I had them give me an estimate, and their window products seem to be very well made. The salesperson was informative, friendly, and didn't pressure me at all. As many similar companies do, he gave me the "good for one year " price, and today's price. His price quote was 40% higher than Pella for the identical job. I thanked him for his time and he was very congenial. His sales manager then called me to see if perhaps they could "find" some more savings for me and win the job. I explained that it was unlikely that he was going to find another 40% to match Pella's quote, and that I thought they should have given me their lowest quote while in my home- like Pella did. I didn't tell him that I was using Pella for the job, but he got angry and said "call me in five years when you need to replace those windows," and he hung up. The reality is, Pella will still be in business in five years and I get a lifetime warranty on materials and labor. ProEdge? Who knows? read more

June of 2022 a salesman came to my home to give us an estimate on replacing my windows. I gave the salesman a deposit check of $2644.00. He told me when I see the check cashed my windows will be installed which should be Sept 21. I noticed my deposit check was not cashed so I called the company and was told my windows were to be installed Sept 21. I explained my deposit check was never cashed so she transferred me to the finance dept. I left a message to have Beth call me regarding this issue. No response. I then text the salesman. NO RESPONSE. I called the next day because I was uncertain what was happening. I was transferred to Beth again.NO RESPONSE!! On Sept 21, my windows were installed. My husband gave the installer the balance of the windows. We thought the salesman miscalculated and that's why they never cashed the deposit check. November 7th, I received a call from Mr. Phillips a supposedly owner who was rude, nasty, and arrogant. He told me that he was trying to find my deposit check all this time and accused me of not being trustworthy and If we didn't write out another deposit check he would put a lien on my property. I told him, you don't trust me!!! I tried contacting your office multiple times without the courtesy of a call back. Of course, we did give them another check and put a stop on the first check. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are a horror. read more
