Took a week for parts to come in. Was supposed to be at house between 10am and 1pm. Never showed, called i called at 230pm and he finally showed up at 330pm. When pulling the refrigerator out he broke the water line and said it must have already been broken. It was not or there would have been water all over like when he broke the line. However, the quote I received for the repair was so inflated that it would be more cost-effective to purchase a new machine. The markup on parts alone was nearly five times the standard price. In the end, I had no choice but to pay a service fee just for the visit, without a reasonable repair option. On the micro /wall oven combo, he evaluated the potential microwave door hinge replacement cost and gave great ethical advice on the cost of repair versus replacement. I had him out again to provide a more thorough assessment and he provided a simple repair that he appropriately caveated as temporary (could last a day or months or even years). But that at least I could use the appliance while looking for a new appliance without pressure to buy immediately. It has been a few months and the repair has held true. Wow amazing! Solid Service, honest, fair price and so nice! My front load maytag washer freaked out mId day on a Sat with a full load of 1/2 washed wet clothes which is the worst possible time to find anyone to come help. It was stuck on lock so I could not even get it open after googling and youtubing everything I could think of to get the sopping wet clothes out of the washer. Sobir to the rescue! First thing he said was don't worry Im here to help. Very comforting after calling 15 places from yelp all whom were all booked till Monday or were closed. My dishwasher was leaking profusely. Sobir was at my house within a half an hour of me calling, and it was fixed a half hour after that. He also diagnosed a leak in my kitchen faucet that was causing a leak under the sink; I already knew about it, but it was nice that he cared to point it out and explained how it should be fixed. I highly recommend this company. I contacted them to assess an issue with my 11 yr old Thermador range. The owner/technician arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and adequately explained what he felt could be the source of the problem and the recommended solution. After weighing the cost to repair vs cost to purchase a new range of similar quality I decided to repair. He installed the part the following week. A couple days after the repair I thought I smelled burning electrical. I contacted them and they worked me into his schedule a few days later. He looked at the burner parts and assured me that it wasn't anything to do with the repair (replaced mother board) but he could tell I was apprehensive so he offered to open up the range. He patiently showed me the wires, mother board, etc. He put the range back together and tested the burners for several minutes (for my added benefit). I had an emergency issue with my microwave/convection (GE Advantium) wall unit oven in a Saturday morning while baking lasagna. It just died during cooking. Fortunately it was at the end of my cooking. I looked around in Yelp for an appliance repair person and found this one with high rating. He came over that day with a mask and gloves during this Covid-19 pandemic. We were also wearing masks to protect him, too. He told me to first check the outlet, and if the outlet was getting power then I could call him back. I had already checked the circuit breakers, and my garbage disposal was working and was plugged into the same outlet set, so I was pretty sure my dishwasher was broken.
