I took my 2018 Hyaundai Ioniq to them yesturday after talking to the owner on the phone and confirming the price. Once I got there in waited for one car to finish and they started on my car. During the process, the owner asked me if I shopped around and what the other quotes were. So I replied that the other quotes were 300 while he was cheaper ( dont want to disclose the price he gave me over the phone because it was a mistake). At this point the owner said oh no we were actually a 100 dollar more than the price he gave me over the phone. I was very disappointed at this point and called my wife to confirm the price over the phone was infact 100 dollars less. Then he showed me the price of the glass which happened to be very close to the price that I was told via the phone and said there is no way he can make profit if he gave me that price. So after a bit more communication and calling a few places he was very nice and charged me only $25 more for the job. I was very thankful and truly appreciated what he did for me. Him honoring the price changed my experience from a bad one to a great one. As for the quality of install and workmanship, it was a great job. The installer and the owner were both very friendly and very professional. I highly recommend going here if you need a professional high quality job done. The guys here as fast and efficient. Please remember that not all chips and cracks are created equal. They crew here will attempt to repair it but it's not guaranteed, please remember that. They clearly explain to all callers that the crack/chip needs to be less than 1 inch for an attempt to repair. Mark is great! I had called earlier in the day to make sure that as long as I bring the car in by 5:00 p.m. he would be able to help me. I got to the shop at 4:45 and it was closed. :( Luckily the number on this Yelp page goes directly to his cell phone or something, because when I called, he picked up. Apparently he had closed shop early but was only 10 minutes away. Lucky me I guess? I was not happy about that but thankfully he was friendly and personable and drove back to the shop to help me out.
