Overall, their price and yelp reviews were better than anyone out there so we decided they would do work for us. I called in ahead of time and set up an appointment. Make sure you do this so they have your windshield in stock. We showed up the following day and we were greeted, then work began promptly. Both the owner and the gentleman who worked on our car were awesome. They talked to us the entire time they were working on the car and acted in a professional manner. I've visited here three times so far. First time was for my 2014 Acura TSX. I paid $190 to replace my windshield due to a fist-size crack from speeding on the freeway and a flying pebble. It has been over 4 months since I've gotten it replaced and it's still holding up and looking perfect! This new windshield even has the blue gradient tint on the top which I did not have on my stock windshield. Second visit was for my boyfriend's aunt's 2008 Acura TSX. She had a nickel-sized crack that she left untouched and didn't get the chance to fix for a couple of months. When the weather transitioned from hot to cold, we suppose it made the crack expand; therefore, I brought her car here to get the windshield replaced for $145 (I am assuming her windshield was cheaper than mine because it is an older car). Third visit was a follow up on a weird creaking/vibrating noise that occurred when driven through a bump or dip on my boyfriend's aunt's car. The owner figured out that it was the panels next to the windshield on the interior that was causing the noise. He removed the panels and added cushions to reduce friction (for free) so now there's no more noise! I give 5 out of 5 stars because: 1) prices are pretty much unbeatable 2) quality of the windshield is the same or maybe even better than factory ones 3) service is great and will accommodate to your schedule, needs, and concerns read more

However, I wasn't able to make the 2PM appt, so Mark got me schedule for 9AM this morning! He quoted me $135 on the phone and remained true to his word. He knows what he's doing and has been in this business since 1998! If you leave a message through the office #, he will call you right back from his cell phone! the owner or managers response has changed over time in an effort to try to take responsibility from the business as a "glass expert". clearly their business name is professional auto glass yet he failed to mention the possibility of that happening. i am no glass expert, that is the very reason why i took it to him. stay away, go somewhere else and avoid the headache. very unprofessional shop. take a look at the photos! i requested a quote to fix a rock chip on windshield, via yelp, the manager stated that it can be fixed for $35. once brought to the shop the manager/owner "mike/mark" ended up causing the windshield to crack across. he then stated it couldn't be fixed any more it had to be replaced. i stated i was quoted to fix it, i was not advised of the possibility of it becoming worse, and then wanted to charge $120 to replace the glass. i stated i brought it in as advertised to fix a rock chip and was not made aware of the risk. i asked for a business license and or a complaint form or information on mediation and he laughed. i have pictures of how the glass was before and after the attempt of repair. i called the city of walnut, the city has no record of a business license issued for this company. the shop is an utter mess and the owner/manager is rude, and does not take responsibility for the work he not only couldn't fix but made it worse, and allowed me to drive off with an unsafe winsheild which is subject to citation. stay away from this repair shop!!!! trust me spend a little more and go somewhere reputable. this place is a dump!!!!!!! i am posting a picture of what the winsheild looked like before i took it and what it looked like before i drove off. notice it's parked in front if the shop. read more

A little pebble fell on my windshield while i was driving on the freeway and I didn't think much of it.. next thing you know a massive crack came out on the whole bottom part of my windshield. I started looking to see who could fix my windshield at a price that wouldn't break my bank and I found this place! I was freaking out because my car is pretty new and I thought I'd find nothing cheaper than $400-$500 to fix it since I have sensors on my windshield but this place gave me such a reasonable price that I could pass up! Called on a Friday, made my appointment for that following Monday. The entire process took no longer than 1 hour and 30 minutes and I was entirely pleased! They are friendly and make sure to take care of your car and have it look like nothing has changed on it! Left as a happy customer! Fast forward to almost a year later and I start noticing a leak coming through my right corner on my windshield. Panicking I call them and ask if they can check it out, without hesitation they tell me to come in the following work day and they'd check it out free of cost since they offer life-time warranty! Come to find out it was coming from a pipe and it had nothing to do with the windshield but they still wanted to make sure it was safe and okay so they detached and reattached the entire windshield for free!
